President Zhu Li Moon is a character from The Legend of Korra.
She is voiced by Stephanie Sheh.
Zhu Li is Varrick's assistant turned wife, and later the second President of the United Republic of Nations. When Kuvira threatened the United Republic, she temporarily defected to the Earth Empire, feeling that Varrick had no respect for her. She was later discovered to have been sabatoging Kuvira's Spirit Canon. After being found out by Kuvira, Zhu Li rejoined Korra but insisted that she and Varrick are equal to each other. Later, after Kuvira was captured, Zhu Li and Varrick's relationship got better to the point where resulted in marrige.
Sometime after Kuvira's capture, she entered the Presidential Election against Raiko. Due to her bravery in helping people escape deadly gases, while Raiko just up and left, Zhu Li won the Election and became the United Republic's newest President.
Fire Rebellion Storyline[]
Zhu Li became President of the United Republic of Nations a few weeks before the beginning of LOTM: Fire Rebellion: Season 18.

Chapter 2[]
Insano and Varrick have Zhu-ii Do the thing to get rid of the octopius monsters. After helping them save Slade, Marcy and the dismantled Ray 03, She recovers Slade's codec and gives it to Mojo, Varrick Snart, Lisa and Dr.Insano and they work on it.
Chapter 3[]
Dr.Insano and Zhu-Li come in to tell Slade what they found, Slade states that he has plenty from the others and that is among them.
Celes, Mojo, Dr.Insano, Zhan-Li, Lisa Snart all basically decide to look more of their encrpytions. Insano and Mojo are aware that Slade knows a lot already but maybe the encriptons can say more. Mojo shows the repair parts as well as to Lisa and Zhan-Li and has them repair the Ray 03 in turn.
Mojo, Zhun-Li and Lisa Snart all arrive and state that managed to use the encription and realized something of the Conspiarcy. Though Aliens are part of his plan, it seems that have plenty of allies that are human or animals. He is proably using the former to achieve his real plan, particually with Zib according to Mojo. Lisa shows what each member's purpose is for the group as Zhun Li and Mojo observe. Leonard decides to get a past file on Him, so they can find more about him and he heads off to acheive this
Mojo Jojo, Varrick, Zhun-Li, Lisa Snart and Dr.Insano are getting closer to the truth as they use the encripted file. However their computer is hacked and the files are erased. Mojo and Dr.Insano try to get the files back but to no avail. Zhun-Li notes that it looks the guy found out they were on to him.
Varrick, Zhun Li and Dr.Insano tell them The Smoking Man got rid of their file so they're in trouble.
As Slade, Mojo, Celes, Marcy, Captain Hook, Lisa Snart, Varrick, Zhun-Li, Dr.Insano, Kid and Black Star watch as Z9 stranded them here. The Crew is trying to think how to go on furhter.
Chapter 4[]
Zhu Li agrees to front the info to Luan and Harrison where they are as Varrick discovered something crucial and this is revealed to be from Titan who is part of The Prankster's group and his awarity of the Conspiracy ultimately has in mind
Zhu Li returns to Varrick with what she found out in regards to Luan and Harry Wells with what she found out and what the two are up to next.
She found herself in contact with Lorenzo Suave and ends up handing such info to the duo, and Titan as well and leaked The CSM's connections and plans though warns Harry to take a simpler approach when exposing him.
Chapter 5[]
Zhu Li and Varrick investigate some of Operation Countdown respectively. Zhu Li is given orders by Varrick from Slade to do the thing and find what Bender is looking for as the robot needs something from Slade to assassinate The Smoking Man. Zhu Li uses her own contacts, and she finally finds what Slade wanted and sends it to Slade to give to Bender through Anti Cosmo.
Chapter 6[]
With the rest of Slade's crew, they arrive in Halverston and Area and Slade decided on getting his old associate The Warrior Monkey to help out to deal with the Conspiracy. Zhu Li doesn't join them but does find a good location for everyone to touch base and meets up with Luan and Harry's team respectfully as they scheme to expose Homelander and Vought on Slade's request.
She also manages to expose The Chameleon to the others as he is spying on their operations with Hopkins and follows Slade's orders to get someone else on the task. This pays when The Black Arms arrive to Halverston and Area and try to eat the citizens respectfully
Having learned what CSM and Homelander have initated the attack, Zhu Li brings Bender and Anti Cosmo up to speed with the others on this and that will have to take on the CSM's forces to get to him and Homelander if Bender wishs to put one through The Smoking Man.
Finale[]
Varrick and Zhu Li helps the crew by navigating them where to go to save the towns, The Smoking Man invaded. Using what they found on the corrupt members, Zhu Li goes to Vought Internatioal and hands pink slips to fire the corrupt members with Varrick having stealthfully being major stock holder.
War of The Streams[]
Zhu Li with Varrick and her other allies join Nacho Varga in taking out Underwood and his Cartel as well as Bean and her friends respectfully. As they need to stop Underwood from going after Anti Cosmo, Slade and Bender who have their own things to deal with in regards to Underwood. She leaks into Underwood and his many files helping Slade's group and The B Team deal with Underwood and eventually managing to dismantle the Cartel and help finish off the rest of the Cartel once and for all. She also makes a point to honor Ignancio's suicide.
