Yanma is a dragonfly-like Pokemon from the Johto region. It is a dual Bug/Flying type. It is not very strong but it is one of the fastest Pokemon around.
It was not known that Yanma could evolve until Generation IV when it is discovered that it can evolve into Yanmega by leveling up while knowing the move Ancient Power.
Yanma is capable of seeing 360 degrees without having to move its eyes. It is a great flier that is adept at making sudden stops and turning midair. This Pokémon uses its flying ability to quickly chase down targeted prey.
