Xerneas (ゼルネアス Zeruneasu) is a beautiful Fairy-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It is the mascot for Pokémon X and Yveltal's counterpart. Xerneas is a quadrupedal stag-like Pokémon with a blue and black coat.
Legends say Xerneas can share eternal life. It slept for a thousand years in the form of a tree before its revival. When the horns on its head shine in seven colors, it is said to be sharing everlasting life.
