XR is a robotic Space Ranger who was originally created by the LGMs to be Buzz Lightyear's new partner due to beng expendable but ended up becoming a member of Team Lightyear and the first true robot Ranger of Star Command. Unlike his flawed protoype of a bigger brother, XL.

The Prankster Point Paradox[]
Chapter 3[]
Bender, Slade and Anti Cosmo are on the phone with Bender's associate XR who has been keeping tabs on the bugs Libby and Bender placed and more. XR tells Bender that The Prankster found them and learned they bugged the Mob, Slade and Anti Cosmo both point out to Bender that he should have taken a fuller measure. Bender defends himself to them saying he had 3 bugs and tells XR how many of them were found. XR states two of them, Bender tells AC and Slade that was exactly how many he suspected they would find. Slade asks about the 3rd one, Bender tells Slade he ain't saying where that other one is, Him, Libby and Marcy are the only ones who really know. Anti Cosmo sees this logic Bender is up to.
Upon arrival to where Harry put the co-ordinates, he leads Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Charlotte and The Greens there. XR arrives on the scenes and armed in case anyone followed them. XR stays with Charlie and the Greens as they watch the other 4 dig up the container. XR reveals he has the star Command Ship on stand by for Bender and Anti Cosmo to get back to their location when ready as they own the duo for helping Star Command deal with The Weirdmagedon Cult.
King Andiras, Olivia and Yuman end up meeting XR, Chip and Dale and are overlooking what the latter 3 found on the mob. King Andiras is told that the president's men have been keeping an eye on the mob too and know something that Anti Cosmo, Bender, Cleo, Luan and Wile E weren't told from the president
Olivia and King Andiras decide to tell the others about this to share this infomation. Yuman is asked of her own orders and King Andiras decides to have her tail the president's men and what else is being hidden. Yuman agrees and states she gets the chipmunks and the robot too, Andiras and Olivia agree with this
King Andiras and Olivia both head off to the Loch Loud Castle to see the rest of the team.
Ace is observed by XR, Chip and Dale who decide to go follow Hilda in trying to find Ace.
Meanwhile XR, Chip and Dale have basically tracked down the kids. XR states that the President was hiding something, which Chip and Dale decide to investigate him too in the events. The Three see another roller coaster and decide to go on it. The three board and learn it's acutally an intense speedy segment where they all forced to take big jumps to avoid falling off. XR does state he can fly so it's ain't a big deal for him.
Chip, Dale and XR reach a secret area and they find a lot of henchmen under Lorenzo Suave who sends them after the trio as he got caught on they are allied with Marcy Wu and Bender and they have been investigating them.
The three use their own skills to try and kill as much as they can of the mooks, Lorenzo obeserves this and plays a calm look on his face and this is when Putty enters the fray and unlike Lorenzo, tries to kill them slamming Dale and Chip with a stone faced hand and XR Blasts him off with his laser and then takes muliple shots at Putty. Putty does manage to get out of this due to his body being made of plasticine, he is annoyed though and forms his hands into cymbals and his legs into a spring and smashes XR's helmet leaving him a head which is grabbed by Chip and Dale.
Captain Putty points a gun at the chipmunks, though he is stopped by Tilly Green who tickles him allowing them to escape. Tilly takes XR"s head and the chipmunks run back to the roller coaster ride and they cotinue riding and racing the mooks.
After they all get through that, The Other Greens find Tilly, XR, Chip and Dale and they are surrounded by Airlock and her men which they all decide to fight with. Gus is also quick to notice and orders the commander brought in. Sunblast shows up to intimdate Gus and he orders Tyrus to get the men to surround Sunblast which they do.
Chapter 4[]
He is the guy on the outside, Bender was talking about
He takes the 6 to find the Green Cheese of Longviety. In a Star Command ship, The 7 of them land on the moon and everyone other than Bender, XR and Anti Cosmo are chewing some gum that allows them to breath in space as Harry Wells was working on a way to breath in space. Marcy and Luan dont' like the taste though Sasha loves the taste. However XR finds himself abducted by a mothership and his body is scattered around.
After a detour of finding his body, Marcy puts XR back together and does her darnest to do so. XR is back in functional order and he tells them where to find the Green Cheese and he'll lead the way for him. The Little guy blasts every enemy they find as the six go to the right and head to the moon vault.
XR then gets the ship and returns the six back to Duck Manor before taking off for something else
He returns to help the team deal with The Prankster and her goons and joins Luan, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harrison, Cricket, King Andrias, Wile E, Cleo, Tom, Amity, Libby, Sasha, Grime, Ronnie Anne, Scrooge, G-LO, Ace, Hilda, Kamela, The Greens + Remy, Charlie, Chip and Dale, Gus's men, Tiger Claw, Yuman all proceed to fight off The Prankster's forces while Bender and Marcy proceed to go after The Prankster
XR was also revealed to saved Dr.Doof from the coldness of space as Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan, Marcy and Sasha went after the final treasure after repairing him.
Chapter 5[]
Chip, Dale, and XR help Andrias, Olivia and Yunan when they go in the middle of the ocean and save Cleo and Celes Chere from Cala Maria.
Chapter 6[]
Marcy and Bender both put a call to XR that they will need help with The Prankster and have Launchpad pick him up.
Chapter 7[]
XR is brought by BEnder and Marcy through Launchpad to the White House as the entire group of heroes make their plans to deal with The Prankster. Slade takes the party to his contient and manor to make their whole plan how to deal with The Prankster and their forces
Afterwards XR helps Hunter, King Andrias, Chip, Dale and Deathstroke's associates deal with Dr.Linenus, Donbot and Dick Dastardly. THey throughly outclass the villains as a result and get of Prankster's scientist so it'll take a while to get someone else to make a new one when the others destory it
Afterwards he helps Callohun and the team that is after the golden death stars The Prankster has her diposal and also helps Farnsworth take care of the anomality.
Epilogue[]
XR gets paid by Bender for his work in working against the mob, and he asks what Bender and Luan will do next. Bender states Olivia wants them to rest and he'll agree with that. Luan asks what XR will do next, XR States he'll continue to work as a Space Ranger like he always did. Bender tells XR that they're not done and if he needs someone with his capablities in his detective work, XR will be the first he calls. Luan states actually she's first though that doesn't include her. XR Gets this and is picked up by the Star Command Space ship and heads off.
Greatest Universal Horror Show of Circus Gothica[]
XR is recruited by Marcy and the others to help deal with the Freakshow Case. As a robot familiar with Dracula, Frankenstein and Were wolf situations, XR is equipped well to help with this as he has tusseled with all them before. He feels more relieved when he learns NOS-4A2 isn't involved in any of this admittingly when told he was killed
He uses his knowledge on this to assist the others, though he does get distracted by his vices respectfully As XL is his brother he deals with him respectfully and learns XL is among the many blackmailed by Freakshow
He manages to get XL to go against Freakshow and to stop his great multiversal show. Upon Regrouping with the rest of the team, XR and Xl fight off the ghosts remaining to insure the others can get the gems and gauntlet away from Freakshow
Afterwards, he manages to get his brother and himself back in Star Command respectively as has been taking some time away from the others

XR was on a space mission of his own where he undercovered and recorded what happened with the Robinsons at the hands of N.Tropy, through this he was able to hand this to Slade and Bender. This was done to keep anyone from discovering what they know. XR is also told by Slade about the pull Rufus Dufus got from his timeline as Slade's allies got a hold of this.
Chapter 4[]
At Some Point he was attacked by Zeron Alpha and his brotherhood and was left as a head which got wind to the Mar Mar Gang, Bender, Anti Cosmo, Rocket and Marvin who all deal with the Zeron Brotherhood who is acting under an another allen ally alongside Z9 though XR just knows when questioned that he is the General of the Taylon Phalanx
Chapter 5[]
XR is seen getting his body repaired here ready to take action against Zeron Alpha and his group again when he sees him again.
