Wormadam is the evolved form of a female Burmy. She is a Bug type with a second type that is determined by the cloak that she took on when she evolved.
When Burmy evolved, her cloak became a part of this Pokémon's body. The cloak is never shed. In her Sandy Cloak, she is a Bug/Ground type. In her Plant Cloak, she is a Bug/Grass type. In her Trash Cloak, she is a Bug/Steel type.
Wormadam's alternate is Mothim, the evolved form of a male Burmy.
Ultimate Story[]
Peach, Daisy and Rayman each own a Wormadam. Peach's takes on a Trash Cloak, Daisy takes on a Plant Cloak and Rayman takes on a Sandy Cloak.
