William Stryker Jr.

William Stryker was a Major in the United States army and served in the Vietnam War as a helicopter pilot. He was the son of William Stryker Sr.. Stryker sent his son Jason to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters in hopes of ridding his mutation, regarding it as a disease that he believed needed be cured. Xavier had no interest or belief in 'curing' mutants, which angered Stryker. Additionally, Jason continued to grow angry, resentful, and vindictive towards his parents; he tortured them by planting illusions in their brains until his mother committed suicide by drilling into her own brain in order to "bore the images out". Stryker then gave his son a lobotomy to make him more docile and kept him cryogenically frozen. Unable to cope with his wife's death, Stryker vowed to eliminate all of mutantkind.

Chapter 2: Past, Present and Future Unite

He somehow returned and joined up with Solider Boy and used his war connections to join Payback 2.0 which he uses to go after all mutants such as Spider Noir, Freakzoid and others.

Spider Noir has infilitrated Solider Boy's hideout and he ends up spying on Solider Boy and the rest of his goons, apart from Sharon CarterStryker is informed of the lockdown/curfew violation  and he joins his men in fighting

He notices the Pym Particles and decides he must settle on killing Cassie above all else after retreating realizing that Solider Boy did get his hands on Pym Particles. Cassie taking them and dousing them in herself turned her into a metahuman which means she is among the mutants he needs to get rid of.

He helps Colonel Kit and the others in dealing with the heroes, using this as an excuse to try and kill Cassie to wipe her kind off the face of the earth as she is still unsure of these powers.

Wade Elling joins up with Stryker and tries to claim Cassie's DNA. He and Stryker end up  locking up in battle with Captain Carter and Steve who catch this and work to stop this. He and Stryker bring in Steve and Peggy to Solider Boy, while Solider Boy would have preferred Lizbeth. Solider Boy accepts this.

As Solider Boy and his guys brainwash Steve, the others decide to make their next move on Carter who is caught which involved a strapped table. Stryker is questioning why Carter and not Cassie like he wanted. Elling states it's because that Cassie will be coming with Lizbeth and they use Carter as a exchange to do just that, knowing she inherited her dad's heroic spirit.

He was blindsided by Captain Carter with the help of Sergant Oakely who gets the lights turned off and is knocked out.

Stryker recovers and tries to go after the heroes one last time with Elling to get their hands on Cassandra's meta human DNA but is killed by Cassie's enlarging powers getting out of control.
