Volcamon is an Android Digimon. with a huge, powerful body. The volcano on his back erupts when his anger peaks and his tension voltage exceeds his limits, hence the name Volcamon. His booming voice shakes heaven and earth, and he shares a friendly rivalry with Etemon.

Volcamon first appeared as one of Marika Kato's followers, along with his rival Etemon. He and his friends left their homeplanet Mars in order for the heroes to be more careful.

When Flint Lockwood and Steve the Monkey were separated from out heroes. He and the heroes fight back against the Transylvanian Business. After the fight was done, Volcamon and the heroes of Tekkadan decided to help Wataru Kurenai and his followers. So that, everything can never be foolish again.

After the defeat of The Bruters and the death of Yan Baihu, Volcamon and the heroes continued their journey to earth.
