This man Vladimir Makarov is fighting his own war and he has no rules. No boundaries. He doesn't flinch at torture, human trafficking, or genocide. He's not loyal to a flag or a country or any set of ideals. He trades blood for money.

Makarov's Character Period[]
Makarov to put it simply is one sick motherfucker who trades blood for money. This guy is crazy and even worse than Shepherd. Shepherd had a reason for his actions (although a filmsy one),
Makarov though does things just for the sakes of evil. He caused a war with the US and Russia after he caused mass murder in a Russian air port and he killed in American who was undercover and with that Russia had a reason to go to war but Makarov was killed by Captain John Price after the war ended.
The B Team Storyline[]
He is brought back to life by Discord and he decides to join Discord. Makarov destroys a universe with help from Volgin. Then he tries to kill Liquid Snake, Pong Krell, Count Veger and Alec Trevalyn but he got rammed and ran over by a trailer. It was revealed that is was Bender, Skipper, Heloise, Master Chief, Stan Smith, Phineas, Isabella, Asami, Betty, Picard, Pericles and Hellboy
Makarov is responsible for just about everything in the Modern Welfare Series. He is voiced by Roman Varshavsky.
The Multi-Universal War of Destiny[]
Makarov is coming back to do what he likes best and also he is to get to conflict with Shepherd. Makarov tells Discord about Bender and his pals attacking him when he tried to kill Liquid, Veger, Trevalyn and Krell when Discord schemes their demise. Makarov after hearing Gravemind's flood infection seems very excited to do the evil and he complains when Gravemind points out the flood is not evil. Makarov then helps Boddicker rob universe out of money for Discord to relocate his empire.
He later attacks the Helper Squad with a few others in a mission to get Pyrrha. Lord Stringray confides in him in helping him deal with Discord. Makarov betrays him and helps Discord put him under torture. He is eventually defeated and killed by Asami Sato and Axel.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 2[]
Homelander, A Train and The Deep are in further contact with The Smoking Man and the latter is preparing for his plans as he has gotten into contact with Vladmir Makarov who will help them with his plans. He advises the Supes to keep an eye on Makarov incase he tries something else on them. Homelander agrees
Chapter 3[]
The Smoking Man is with Martian General Z9 and decides to have him capture the Resisty like Bender, Anti Cosmo and Professor Membrane. General Z9 is already on the case and he has someone else with him, Vladmir Makarov.
The Two go after the Resisty and Z9 dogfights with them, The Resisty is able to mach Z9 in his dogfighting skills. Even getting the edge on the Martian as a result in turn. The Resisty keep their ship on destination as they avoid Martian General Z9.
This is when Makrarov equips his own machine gun and basically shoots down the Resisty's ship. The Resisty's ship crashs and this is when Makraov arrives and basically handcuffs the whole crew and has Martian General Z9 deliver them to the slammer where those others are.
Z9 is against this as it will allow them to get away, Though Makarov states this is what The Smoking Man wants, he wants them dead in that imprisonment.
Vladmir and The Irkens have prepared their next plan with the monsters NME Salesman send over in Morphoids and that the plan is to have them used on the citizens of this city to have them give the world to the Irkens. Vladmir decides that he wants to have M.A.L.I.C.E members killed as if The Smoking Man's connection to the russians might lead back to him. CSM states to wait for their associate to see Anti Cosmo and Bender. The Almightly Tallest agree to this and states that they will just be another planet to conquer, The NME Salesman charges the Algmighty Tallest and CSM for the monsters he found and that he expects them to keep buying. Vladmir insults him saying that he's a hustler.
Makarov with The Smoking Man, Zib and Blackfire all decide to drop a bomb to kill Bender, Anti Cosmo, Starlight, Professor Membrane, Ren, Carmilla, Scratch, The Resisty and the Smoking Man's former allies. Suceesfully killing the latter's allies.
The Smoking Man Checks The Compond V, he hands it to Makarov and Mannheim to give to the Russians to further Homelander's plans.
Mulder and Scully both are ready to leave to make sure now that learn CSM's conpsiracy is up to something and that CSM is using the aliens life from for his own purposes for the sake of power as well as colonization. Troy tells them that he will get the car for them in turn
However This is when Vladmir Makrarov shows up and he has them all at gun point and forces them to see The Smoking Man. The Smoking Man admits he was aware that they were all going to go after them and now he's going to get them put away.
The Warden states that it will take some time to get The Soviet Demogorgon to shape, but he will work on it. Makarov offers to excute them, CSM states he will do it later.
CSM burns down Mulder's work. on top of that
The Smoking Man isn't pleased with either Warden, Vladmir or Bruno. They try to explain what happened, though CSM decides that someone will die and so he shoots Bruno Mannheim in the head and tells Vladmir to dispose of him.
CSM calms down and states that he can always call on plenty of backup.
Chapter 4[]
Vladmir Makarov is with Berko , THe Warden and his Soviet Demogrgon as they place Chronton Denators around the area on CSM's Orders. This is as part of his plan to control the multiverse with time and space being controlled. He also handed a set of monsters from the Salesman as well to use.
He is spied on by Jack Bauer, Mulder, Scully, The Xs, Troy and The Crimson Paw. This is when Makarov and his allies found out about it and attack the team. He and Berko attack Jack Bauer and Crimson Paw
It's a long and hard fight between two fellow soliders, though he is taken down. Makarov manages to hold leverage on Jack through the headcrabs on The X Family. Forcing Jack to simply shoot him in the leg.
This being a cover for Jack to find out what's going on.
Chapter 5[]
Vladmir is quick to recongize he's been tracked by the heroes and manages to remove the tracker from himself. Schemeing with his boss, he decides to use the tracker to trap the group in turn, basically going from being the hunted to the hunter.
Hearing what The N.M.E. Salesman tells him, Makarov gets his soliders ready in his plan to capture Mulder and Scully and bringing in Bierko to help with his plan of his. Both his and The Sales Guy's plans go as planned and with the exception of Truman, Diane and Jack Bauer, Makarov is successful in capturing the crew.
Knowing that that The Warden's way to kill the others can go south, He makes his own preparations to kill them in case the Warden fails
Chapter 6[]
The Russians fight Truman, Jack, Diana and later Stan and Ford's team, then Berko follows them with Makarov and continues to try bring them down.
Legends of the Multi-Universe: Armageddon[]
Makarov debuted as the secondary antagonist in Kiritsugu's side story.
Fire Rebellion Storyline[]
Season 6[]
Makarov appears after the defeat of Malcom Hargrove. Due to Hargrove's demise, Makarov became furious and killed James "Mustang" McCracken, causing the Order of the Just to fall back and order the reunion of the DigiDestined.
After Freeze unties the DigiDestined, the Mane 7, and the Shadow 5, He and Mich took on Makarov and gunned him down. However, being serious problems to them, Makarov lived on passed death, and he as well as Hargrove, and with the help of Corvus, they began overloading the computer systems accross the Multi-Universe.
After the defeat of Corvus, Makarov and Hargrove tried to stop Freeze and Mich from purging the DNI System, but failed when they were restrained by Mustang and Epsilon. Freeze purges the system, ending Makarov and Hargrove for good.
