Vinnie Dakota is a recurring character in Milo Murphy's Law and a time-traveling "pistachio protector".

Chapter 6: The Arrival of Earth X[]
Dakota as well as Cavendish arrive to see the Neo Vought International Business, as they explain to them, that they are here to investigate the constant Time Breaches as a 3rd one has just happened. Cavendish is questioned by Larke and Cecil on who he is, Cavendish introduces himself and explains he's part of the Time Bureau which has been investigating since the 1st time breach and introduces Vinnie to them.
Dakota convinces him to help the heroes get their friends back, and he decides to work sci-fi style to help some of the more intellectual heroes, while the rest take on the New Reichmen.
As the other heroes in the group work on their way to rec-create the time wormhole, He and Cavendish investigate the origins of Dark Arrow and The Reich learning how they all came to be where they are. Informing the others by doing so without time travel.
Dark Arrow and his forces ambush him and his team during their look into the wormhole, and when they arrive to take them in. Dakota puts himself on the line with the others to fight them for them and to keep Cavendish and Hughie safe. Despite this, they end up get captured to due Over-Girl getting involved.
While locked up, it turns out Dakota keep the work they were doing and they decided to work on the project with Hughie Campbell as Jack, Tech, Blue Falcon and Dynomutt plan out a potential escape. As Tawna was taken to be recruited by Dark Arrow's group.
Due To Tawna using her own wit and the 4 putting their getaway plan to affect. Dakota, Vinne and Hughie manage to get away with their time travel notes to use . As The other heroes manage to escape the New Reisnchmen and find themselves having to hide from Dark Arrow and his forces.
He and Dakota manage to discover the Tesseract respectfully and Tech wondered where it was as Raven Beak had his hands on it. Cavendish explains it has an infinity stone in it and it could be helpful to getting those friends of theirs back. It turns out Cecil and Larke know too when finally meeting back up with them, Larke admits that the stones were in the hand of an friend of hers, and they ended up somehow coming here in this timeline in part to another 6 stones arriving in this multiverse. Dakota almost lets it slip what he and Cavendish really know but Cavendish shhhs him.
Dakota, Cavendish, Tech E and Hughie Campbell manage to extract the Space Stone and managed to use it to create a wormhole which brings Ren, Cassie, Kate and Kelly back respectfully. When the 4 of them tell all the heroes about Operation Countdown and how the heroes they were working were also setting up a way ahead of time. Dakota and Cavendish speculate that the timeline has been changed now. They decides to stick with the heroes to find the rest of the stones to make sure Dark Arrow can't get his hands on the stones as he and Dakota know The Time Variance Authority needed to get rid of 6 of them and know they're falling into the hands of Neo Vought.
Chapter 7: X Marks the Spot[]
Cavendish and Dakota are given crap for their reckless actions and not doing their job securing the time line's safety and not getting rid of the Infinity Stones properly. Cavendish and Dakota both fumble about how they don't feel respected as they have been securing the time line but why their bosses aren't giving them anything exciting. The Time Variance Authority has gone on their cases for not doing their job in the previous 2 cases respectfully. While letting Dark Arrow get his hands on the stones, ignoring that they have 1 already.
The two discuss getting rid of the stones when Cecil does overhear this and learns of their intent. Cavendish tells Cecil about he and Dakota's working for the Time Variance Authority to fix the space time continuum and picking up the trash which are the stones. Dakota states he almost let it slip and if he did, they would have been in more trouble, Cavendish rolls his eyes as he informs Cecil of the situation of the stones and that were replicated and copied by the multiple timelines intertwining with each other and they are not as capable as the originals. Dakota then also adds that the Infinity Stones no longer exist to their knowledge and with the Time Variance Authority being in the Quantlem Realm they have to handle the matter themselves.
Upon hearing of the Reality Stone, Cavendish and Dakota join the heroes in going to get the stone from Malakith and they succeed through the trials. When Ren and Luan return with the news, they learn that they have the time stone. Cavendish feels they may be in trouble again with the Variance Authority
He, Cecil and Dakota discuss the stones situation and Dakota gives a irking feeling that the stones's power has a stronger presence than he realizes and Cavendish agrees, unknown to them Cassie is spying on them.
Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand[]
Cavendish and Dakota go after another time mission respectfully before helping the others. They arrive at the past, and go on this mission. Afterwards, the two go back to their machine and they travel to the future.
Cavendish and Dakota find out that Bender, Anti Cosmo, Marcy, Slade and Harry Wells stowed away in the car. They were hiding from the Cartel respectfully and Dakota decides to keep this from the Time Variance Authority, as they will get into trouble and even get fired. The Boys, Mark and Eve stay around as well meeting up with the 2 agents.
Cavendish, Dakota, The Boys Mark and Eve inform the 5 of their situation and they will help them get back after dealing with Dark Arrow. To the surprise of the 4, The Boys know the 5 and ask what they're doing here and get the answer. They also meet up with a guardian of the timeline which Bender tries to mow because it's Thawne but Cavendish tries to restrain Bender as Thawne explains his own ends.
Cavendish, Dakota, Mark, Eve, The Boys, Bender, Marcy, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Thawne,and Harry Wells all go on their own encounters with the New Reinschmen as they travel around respectfully. He and Dakota manage to find Anti Cosmo, Slade and Bender's finding of Ciel's body who they find out was killed by a telefrag, Thawne is accused by the others but he defends himself saying he doesn't know the girl. Unlike Cavendish, Dakota does get along rather well with the heroes and decides to vouch for the 5 against the time variance authority who Dakota is aware have a target on Bender for his constant time traveling.
Dakota does suspect something unlike his partner analyzing Ciel further, he thinks there could be 2 of them.
The 14 of them then proceed to go after the New Reinschmen mainly Stormfront who leads them against the three who ruined Vought's name in her eye.
As they defeat Dark Arrow and his crew as well as Stormrfront, they watch Thawne get killed and riped apart by the Orginial Thawne who was helping Dark Arrow before abandoning them. Thawne tries to kill Bender, Slade and Anti Cosmo, but the time travelers decide to stall Thawne with Mark, Eve, and The Boys dealing with Thawne.
Cavendish and Dakota take the 5 back to their timeline content to get away from The Original Thawne. The 7 of them get back to the rest of the crew and Dakota and Cavendish are ready to leave when Thawne returns as Negative Force Thawne and attacks them and Bender's crew. after dealing with the Cartel.
Joining Bender, Slade and the rest, they all fight Thawne and his council of Thawnes. trying to put an end to Thawne. Cavendish and Dakota manage to trap the leader Thawne and help Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade kill Negative Thawne. Afterwards, they decide to return and will give the message Bender has for someone.
Epilogue[]
Dakota and Cavendish return to see the heroes and give this message to Luan and reveal to the rest of the heroes about their own side of the storyline. They then return to the time Bureau to get some clearance for Bender as they believe with their assistance against Thawne, Bender and his friends earned some consideration.
The Bad Guys and The Boys[]
He, Cavendish and Thawne arrive in the past to investigate something that has occured inregards to Kang and find Luna and Hobie, informing them of the case. They go the Quantum Realm with the intent to bring down Kang,all the while being informed of his own history to them
He and Cavendish are separated from the 4 and keep in contact with them as they run into what amounts to Kang's slaves and are threatened to give him what he wants. Warning their allies of what they're dealing with they form a plan to escpae and help Kang's slaves rise up to him which was Dakota intended
As Dakota takes charge of the people freed,Cavendish manages to arrange a way to save his partner all the while almost get killed by Kang. Dakota and the others save Cavendish and manage to send Kang into dealing with the Bad Guys and Boys
Dakota and Cavendish with Thawne decide to return to their time with Kang dealt with. The Two time travelers learn something most unsual

Chapter 5[]
Dakota and Cavendish arrive to meet up with the Resistance as well as Lincoln and Lydia respectively and how they all have been keeping some track of time
The two of them have also been involved in other time cases as well in the future as well. With Cavendish saying that time ripples have happened at different times in the past and that Team Free Will was involved in one after the event of the Unowns. He mentions how Thawne's original self was also a cause of one of them too and their own history with Slade, Bender, Anti Cosmo and Marcy Wu.
The Agents also had helped deal with Kang as well as his dicatorship was overthrown by Deathstroke and the others. Dakota had the idea to bring the kids here on account like the others have discovered exactly what had happened.
When the time agents are attacked by Melvin Borg, Dakota and Cavendish help the others take on Melvin Borg and N.Tropy's robot agents. Before deciding to go after Melvin Borg to try and figure out what he is up to.
Cavendish and Dakota manage to put an end to the Time robot mooks with the others and they decide to join Thawne in trying to find N.Tropy's base to stop what he had ultimately put in mind.The 3 are also joined by L.L and Ace Savry Jr respectively as LL007 decides to directly help, Dakota deducts that Lincoln and Lydia must be now aware of alternate counterparts now that these two are here this Cavendish just rolls his eyes on as of course he would have known that.
Chapter 6[]
Dakota and the rest of the time agents find the lab where N.Tropy created his False Groudon and they find the blue prints for the work. He and Cavendish decide to claim the blue prints to give over to Loki respectfully
The Agents run into the remaining Heroes and The Spot who got into the lab ready to reverse the polarity for the monster's energy. Dakota decides to stall The False Groudon so the others can do the job, he takes Eleven, Wednesday, Hilda, Peacemaker and Hobie with him so Lincoln, Lydia, Will and The Spot can finish up
Cavendish and Dakota both make some invasive plans to keep the others safe though it becomes obvious all the tentacles are starting to catch up with them. Thankfully everything was stopped and The False Groudon is destroyed. With everyone brought back respectfully, Dakota and Cavendish and the rest of the time agents all head back to their own timeline.

Dakota and Cavendish are recruited to help Tech E and Freakzoid with their time machine ideas and they also go back in time to see what it going on here, and hopefully someone like Thawne isn't trying to ambush them. Through their time in the past, they make a visit to Deathstroke and allow him to help get his guys back before they return to their timeline.
Chapter 6[]
After having defeated N.Tropy's group, he and Cavendish begin to form a plot to save the future after what B.P Richfield has managed to do with his other associates.
Book 2: Interlude[]
He, Cavendish and the rest of the time agents help Neo Vought International return to the past to investigate the situation. As a Result he meets The V Crusaders and they deal with N.Tropy's forces while investigating the many events that have happened. Him and Dakota are able to discover N.Tropy is behind everything and when Cecil tries to insure Bender gets arrested for causing the rift, he is able to vouch for his innocence and the three begin to look into the rifts that were caused which resulted in all this. The Trio discover it was N.Tropy that did this and before they can reveal what they know to the team, Alt N.Tropy and Redneb put a stop to that nearly kill and Dakota and manage to kill Cecil. The two return to the other time agents and the other heroes to inform them of Cecil's death and that N.Tropy has an alternate counterpart as well.
Book 3: Culmination[]
Cavendish and Dakota visit Deathstroke and learn what has been going on with his and his forces when it came to what Tek Knight did. With N.Tropy's real plans on play here, the two agents decide to recurit Lizbeth and her pals from both groups to help gather some stuff in a way to protect them in case N.Tropy does manage to succeed with this and the two end up discovering how Cecil discovered the truth on the case of the frame up. Bender informs upon learning of it himself that he had thoughts. Cavendish feels that Bender may be biting off more then he can chew against Redneb, though Dakota does feel if anyone can stop Redneb, he could
Upon the return to the past, Cavendish and Dakota both realize with Lizbeth that everything may be playing as predicted in the past.
