Victoria Neuman

Victoria Neuman, born Nadia Khayat and also known as the Head Popper, is the secondary antagonist of the 2019 Amazon TV adaptation of the comic book series The Boys and one of the overarching antagonists of its 2023 spin-off series Gen V.

She is a congresswoman who originally appeared to be an anti-Supe activist and the director of the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs. However, it is soon revealed that she is actually a mole for Vought International and the adoptive daughter of Stan Edgar - having been tasked with opposing them as a means to keep everyone off guard and to gain information from and kill those against Vought.

Before joining up with Dr. Nefarious Tropy, she was in charge of the F.B.S.A and discovered activity related to Solider Boy and wanted to investigate and decided to have Hughie Campbell assist her in this

Victoria with Hughie in tow investigate the casualities of what happened to Payback as they were killed and she is able to confirm that this is Solider Boy to her adopted father Stan Edgar who sent both her and Noir to look into the situation.

Episode 23

Upon hearing from her step dad Stan Edgar about the situation from Solider Boy, she is insturcted by him to leave the Streaming Resistance alone as Black Noir and Stan Edgar came to an agreement with the team on this.

Book 1: Overture

She first appeared in the 1st book as the heavy and central antagonist of the first book, working as N.Tropy's right hand man in his plans all the while posing as an ally and leader to The A Plot of Team Free Will and Streaming Resistance's allies

Part 1

She is seen at N.Tropy's own time headquarters where she was brought in alongside Alternate N.Tropy, Rodrigo Redneb, Angstorm Levy, Victoria Neuman, Special Agent Mace, Agent Sieve, Ham Hand, Rufus Dufus and Fifi Dufus and announces his overall plan must be started.

. Neuman is a bit busy wanting to continue her own design,  though N.Tropy tells that she needs to remember who she works for. Alternate N.Tropy tells Neuman to head off to a remark location as she had found about where some of Team Free Will their own archenemies no less and Victoria heads out to take charge of it.

She heads into her apartment and ends crossing paths with Bender and Anti Cosmo who were raiding her apartment. Anti Cosmo and Bender are surprised. Bender because Neuman calls him Titanius Anglesmith or should she say Bender Rogrieuz and Anti Cosmo because she knew he was Bender's fedora. Neuman rolls her eyes pointing out security clearly doesn't note them as trouble. Bender tries to play her bluff by using what he knows on her with Anti Cosmo and how he will expose her. Neuman stops him by saying she will pop everyone he cares about if he harms her daughter. Bender says he's not here to hurt her or harm her, he has one of his own. Neuman calms herself realzing this is true, she does compliment Bender for thinking on her level. Anti Comso decides to ask how will she stop him and Bender from exposing her. Neuman says she'll stop them by exposing M.A.D on them they expose her, she exposes them. Anti Cosmo questions what she knows, Neuman says that she knows what the duo and Anti Cosmo's boss did to get Professor Membrane into Vought and their actions against them. Bender asks if this is about Homelander?, Neuman says it's isn't and she's grateful Bender, Anti Cosmo, Slade and The Boys killed him. It's about what they did a long while ago and back in Mexico with one of Vought's biggest secrets. Bender is stunned someone knows about that.

Vicky says they're in a stalemate here and if they have to fight, it won't be through this coercion. She won't expose their actions if they don't expose her. Libby comes out saying how the mission went, Neuman seems relived that Libby keep her kid company, and seems to respect the tenacity they have. She also makes Anti Cosmo and Bender know that she is aware they were acting on the Boys's behalf.

Neuman has made her way to her universe as N.Trophy and his alternate counterpart wanted her to go get some recruits to help out with their plans. Spefically looking for supes as N.Tropy told both Vicky and his alternate conuterpart about his involvements with The CSM which in turn left to an assocation with Vought International ran by Homelander.

Victoria manages to find Fire Cracker, Black Noir II and Sister Sage and recurits them into her group as her partner wanted her to find some more associates. Neuman discovers Homelander has been killed and looks through the Vought files and what has gone down in her absence or off the books. She discovers that Professor Membrane has put in some work of his own as the new head of Vought. Both Neuman and Profssor Membrane are rivals that have been wrestling for control of Vought International, ever Membrane was placed in power and suspects that Membrane has been working on a way to get rid of her thanks to Sister Sage helping her with info on Membrane

She also ends up recruiting Sam and Cate as well from Goodwkin School, to assist her with her plans, promising a new place in her world when she becomes vice president and when she becomes president. Sam and Cate are hesitant to help a normie, but Neuman says she's a supe just like them as she has the ability to control blood in a person's body. She gets them on her side as she reveals what Vought's new leader Professor Membrane has in mind for them which she discovered.

Hughie is pondering himself about how much longer is he going to have deal with all this. He thought he was done with Vought, Kang, Eobard Thawne, Cartel and all that crap. Now he has to once again deal with something that is endangers his friends and himself where even his own allies and team mates are not fully aware of what they're dealing with.

Neuman instantly arrives on him and Hughie isn't happy to see her. Vicky reassures Hughie she isn't here to hurt him or his friends. Hughie tries to question about her what she has in mind for his friends and why go after them. Victoria questions why Hughie even still agreess to worked with Butcher and why sent Bender after her. Hughie admits he didn't want to endanger himself or even Vicky as The Boys would have come.

Victoria says that she needs to keep them off her back, and that His friends/associates are very much able to keep her down unlike most and this made her have to think. Hughie asks what dirt she has on Bender, Anti Cosmo, Slade and the others. Victoria asks if Hughie remembers when he worked with her and when they made that major discovery a long time ago, that is what she knows about as Anti Cosmo, Slade and Bender all were part of it. She had a hold of someone who could look and figure it out and she said she needed the best to go up against the trio considering that they killed Homelander.

N.Tropy and Alternate N.Tropy phone her and ask how the assignment went, and Vicky explained she got supes for them to work with. N.Tropy tells Victoria that while she recurited them, he really needs her for an assignment of her own in infiltration. Alt N.Tropy shows her a place of the road camp that some of the heroes are going to and how Neuman and them are going to take control of them.

Neuman agrees on the condition that her daughter can come along with no strings attached and The N.Trophies agree only to keep her appeased.

Before heading there, Victoria Neuman had managed to get ahold of Captain Putty and Zib who she went looking for for help. Captain Putty and Zib have been recruited to deal with Bender and Slade's group due to knowing the two groups are going to go after her now.

Captain Putty asks about the payment he will get for it, as Don Eladio and the cartel paid him for his attempts. Victoria sighs and points his involvement with the Cartel was disgusting to her since he sold out his own comcrades for betraying them. Captain Putty defends himself saying he was doing what Eladio asked. Neuman said she only decided to bring him as Sister Sage reccommend it to them and that goes for Zib as well. Zib is at least a bit grateful for Neuman and decides to help deal with Bender and Slade's Empire.

Captain Putty is refusing to budge until he gets his proposal, as he wants money and revenge on them. Victoria asks what does Putty really want?, Captain Putty says he wants a million dollars and his boss pardoned so he can kill her before she escapes back to her universe. Neuman relcuantly agrees to this just to get him out of her sight as she feels dirty dealing with a cartel corrupt cop.

Victoria Neuman managed to succeed at her goal and managed to take over as a head camp consulleor by using her powers to pop the head off of the head one, to blend one. N.Tropy assigned her to this as he needed someone normal to blend in and take them by suprise. Neuman also it seems brought her daughter to the camp as well to have a normal life despite everything who she is doing this whole plan for and her other power ambitions. This why she is clean up crewing her actions to make sure no one knows she did which she learned from observations. The desire N.Tropy has is that he wants her to gain the trust of his nemesis and her partner and then pop their heads off when the time is right.

Victoria Neuman also managed to get Larke, Troy, And Lincoln's grandparents to work with her as well under such guise. She meets the group that arrives and that the camp they are going to be doing is a road camp as they all have something very special about them hence why she accepted all of their requests to do so. She also brought her own daughter to give her a chance at a normal childhood due to Neuman's own less than pleasant ideas, as she explains what she wants to do in grander loftier goals. She tells them that they will stay here for a while until the first location is set. Lydia and Lincoln both stop Victoria and ask if they are going to Mexico, Victoria confirms this to them and that if they want they can decide on where.

It also turns that Both Bruce and Selina are trying to investigate her and discover she has ties to The Boys Member Hughie Campbell due to him once working for her.

Part 2

It is set in stone that the first of the major camping destinations that the group will take is at Bizarroville. Rave is suprised as that's where he lives. Lincoln, Lydia, Truman, Clyde and the others don't seem to say much about this as this a first location. When asked on this Neuman explains that while it may seem not like a camping spot, is it a destination that is a place to have some fun at. She informs them to basically set a camp spot for the night with a pal or two. That next morning all the others have began to snack and eat breakfast, while Neuman claims all their cell phones as she explains rationally that cell phones are not meant to be used for campling. She sees her own daughter and they talk about the night and how it was.

Neumann shows up to Lydia and Lincoln and she tells them that she is appreciateive of their extentison of friendship to her child, which they thank you for. Will goes to play with her daughter as well.The Group get to the train station and Neuman hands all them of their tickets. She does note that Larke and Erica missing, Dee Dee tells her that she saw Erica go after Larke as the latter got a call, Victoria said she collected everyone's phones. Victoria managed to be able to track where the others went and Nate as well as Dee Dee caught up to her. She asks why weren't they with the others, and Nate explains that he and Dee Dee wanted to see where Erica was. Neuman decides they could just come with her since they're here, Dee Dee curious thinks what could Larke and Erica be looking for.

After finding Larke and Erica and bringing them back, she stays to see Pied Piper who just relaxes back hoping that this would give him a reduced sentence. However this is when Victoria arrives and Pied Piper recongizes her as the vice president elect and congress woman. He is also aware that she is under a similar employer that he was, and realizing she was part of the blue skinned clocked theme right hand man, attacks Victoria. However his attacks fail to phase her. Neumann knows he worked for Kang and left him, and now she has to wrap up loose ends which she does by popping his head off.

Neumann calls N.Tropy and Rodrigo and tells them that N.Tropy's loose end has been dealt with. N.Tropy holds his own list of Kang's allies and crosses off Pied Piper. He informs her and Rodrigo that Agent Trout, Dr.Octopus and First Elder are still on the cross list and that he know that Kang's allies may know of him and thus he needs to get of the rest of the loose ends. Rodrigo offers to kill them as he has commited multiple murders as shown by his photo shots of him killing  many people and shows the system he has been creating. N.Tropy refuses Redneb saying that he needs it to be a person that looks like everybody else and not like a terminator. However he decides to give him some anatomy and take out the security systems to make it easier.

Neumann then asks about the Mirror Agents when Special Agent Mace arrives on the chat and angers her when he targeted her daugther where he uses the excuse that he needed to make it look real. Victoria just rolls her eyes and tells Mace to back off from her kid or when she gets into power, she'll cut ties with him. N.Tropy stops the two and explains he is the one in charge and he can just stop Victoria from accomplishing her vice president goal since he has been backing her since they meet. Victoria says she didn't need his help to do, N.Tropy says she did well on her own, though it is him that is allowing her to progress further, and not to forget that.

She then gets back on the way to the Train Station and sees that Will, David, Clyde and The Robot are checking her daughter and she is just relieved to see she is fine to them all. All the while watching Amy read to Lincoln and Lydia about her job where as Rave and Dustin prepare their own notes on their attackers. Larke and Erica are there and aplogize for sneaking off, the former just had an inking and wanted to investigate, Neuman tells Larke to just tell her when she has a hunch next time on something.

Neumann meanwhile decided to take the others on their accord around town to show the sights of the town and Nate is taking photos for his own books, so he can draw them into his next comic ideas. Dee Dee, Larke and Troy decide to set up a camp site at the nearest woods. Neumann however insists at parking them close to a manison, she also suspectfully asks where are Pop Pop and Myrtle, Larke says that they had something. Victoria seems to be suspcious to herself that they have caught on her, as she has awarity that Myrtle is a spy and calls up Dabble to get his eye on those spies. 

Victoria Neuman calls Professor Membrane on the phone and makes him know that she is aware of what he is up to and placed in Mexico and that he decided to get his robot to go after it before her. Professor Membrane asks what does she really want, Neuman tells the Professor that she wants back control of Vought International and she does how he really got into Vought International's head spot after initally working with them as a top scientist. She also knows that his robot and his allies were responsible for this. Professor Membrane doesn't take this lying down and asks what will she do if he refuses, kill his son. Neuman tells the Professor she isn't going to do that, it would make her a hypocrite in that regard, she has other ideas involved. Professor Membrane questions if she is trying to stop them from learning who did the Team Free Will Massacre

Neuman has no idea what he is talking about as she admits that wasn't her and hangs up.

With her own Gen V associates, she with Sister Sage oversees a trap placed to get the jump on Bender as Neuman is pretty sure Bender will work some way to get around hear threat or do something else entirely. Sage confirms this

Neuman and Sage both hold a meeting with Captain Putty who tells them about the attack in the saloon. Putty derides his allies apart from Zib and Cate as they came through for him when he tried to deal with them. Victoria says her boss wanted them to join and her connections allowed them to do so. Putty says then her boss doesn't take the Robot seriously, Neuman counters saying her boss sees the kids as a higher and more personal priority and that they all have uses despite what the Cop thinks.

Putty tells Neuman that he even had the help of Z9 with this and it don't as planned despite supplying the Chaos bots from their maker. Sage says that the chaos bots aren't fully used to their potential knowingly due to how cheap and vast they can make them and it was all about testing what Bender and his crew are capable of that was the purpose of using Fire Cracker, Black Noir II and Sam for.

Victoria Neuman says if Putty really wants to do something, check the medicial files in Manhattan as she knows Bender went snooping in them and was there. She wants to insure if Bender, Wile E and the others are trying to get around her M.A.D gambit. Sister Sage does admit to Neuman that he likely was looking for a medicial file on someone else, Neuman doesn't deny it but wants to make sure Bender doesn't make moves to hinder her. Sage curious asks Victoria on what she has on them, Neuman says she can't and won't tell Sister Sage as that is between her and them.

Neuman and Dr.Dabble are busy away with their own assignments and Neuman hands Dabble the power gems from his first manison. Dr.Dabble has a second mansion around and is prepared to use for another set of gems to acquire.

Dr.Dabble decides to acquire what Rodirgo and N.Tropy have aqquired for their own mooks and sends them over to Bikini Bottom. Neuman inquires if the spies have been looked to by Dabble.

Dabble explains that he is working on it to her.

Part 3

She advises the others to go into the mansion of Dabble, and they get trapped. She leaves to insure Dabble continue to set traps up. The Group manages to escape and gets one of Dabble's satieties shut down. She has her own problem to deal with and gets the power gems which N.Tropy and Dabble are told of.

Dabble is content Neumann is playing them for their plan as is N.Tropy. Victoria says it's better than just going through sheer force and it's to spend some time with her child who she didn't bring in the manison. Victoria is watching as Amy is putting some targets up and some wood up intend to have Lydia as well as Lincoln shoot or chop them with Will, The Robot and Erica helping. Victoria quesitons what is Amy trying to do with them, and that she thinks it's a bit much. Dee Dee notes what she wants and Victoria says she's just observing how Amy decides to help them with their gigs.

Back at Rave's House, the rest of the team is all there pondering about what had just happened and what occurred with Dabble. Rave knows this isn't the end as Dabble may have more set up. Victoria confirms this without revealing this.  Dustin and The Robot both notice how Victoria has the Power Gems and ask her why she has them. Victoria explains she is intent to keep them safe from anyone who might use for their own ends. The Robot senses some deception, Neuman explains that she may have her own use for it later which Robot confirms is true.

Will, Amy and David are waiting all outside as David studies rocks with Will as they wait for the others and this is when Victoria and The Robot both arrive. Victoria asks Will and David to her a favor and keep a eye on her daughter as she talks to Amy. Will, David and The Robot agree and decide to continue rocks with her daughter, She has something she has to do at the moment.

Victoria before leaving needs a word with Amy asking what was doing this morning with Lydia, Lincoln and Will. Amy isn't taking it and asks does she have a problem with her. Victoria explains to Amy that she saw her basically firing a gun off and doing other not exactly safe choices. Amy knows she is stuck, she explains she is trying to help Lincoln and Lydia with something they mainly want to do that involves a lot of moving. Victoria says she can't expect kids to do this kind of stuff, they're normal kids and must have fun even if they're getting to the end of childhood.

Lincoln and Lydia approach Victoria asking about the next stop, Neumann says that she has been called out for a time being to deal with something. They ask who will be in charge while away, Neumann is confident Larke and Troy can do so as well, as Amy and The Robot aren't exactly doing things she agrees with. Victoria Neumann and Rodrigo Redneb both have gotten to the next prison cell, And Victoria asks who did Rednerb find. Redneb explains that he found the agent from the National Wildlife Control, as much as he wanted to kill him. He was told to have Victoria do it which he grumbled. Neuman then heads in to deal with Agent Trout before he can reveal anything about N.Tropy.

Victoria Neuman contniues walking down the prison cell about ready to find and elimnate Agent Trout when The Dupus call her telling them that they are on their way to go after the other heroes like she said. Neuman tells The Dupus to leave them alive, she needs the group alive though Fifi explains that the boss wants them dead, Neuman disagrees pointing out she has a use for them.

Victoria had managed to make it to Agent Trout's cell. Trout recongizes her as the Vice President elect and questions her reasons for being here. Victoria knows he had previously worked for Kang the conqueror. Trout admits he did, and then he was arrested, he became aware of Dr.N Tropy's treachery unlike most members and he tried to stop N.Tropy but N.Tropy stole a device to make him forget it even happened before N.Tropy overthrew Kang to start his own fraction. Trout was disgusted as N.Tropy is supposed to be on his side as a fellow human. Victoria admits that N.Tropy is some kind of crazy madman with time punchants and a disturbing fetish for himself. Trout raises his eye at this and realizes Neuman is working for him, Neuman says N.Tropy is not her boss, she's working with him not for him.

Agent Trout decides to stab Victoria for hereing this and realizes she's a Supe upon analyzing his blood. Neuman is midly annoyed about this and Trout decides to blackmail her if she doesn't help him escape and go after N.Tropy for his screwed up plan he discovered and tried to warn Kang about. If she doesn't, Agent Trout will insure she will have to step down and expose what she is doing and threatens to do something to her daughter planning to experiment on her. Neuman says he isn't the first one to try and expose her, but he won't be of use to her and Neuman just pops his head off. Telling Trout with his head off that pro tip to keep hands off her daughter.

Captain Putty arrives back with what he had discovered from Bender's break in at Manhattan with Luan, Cleo and Wile E. Victoria asks Captain Putty what she found, Putty said that Bender broke into to a medicial file and while he did take something. It wasn't anything to do with her. Neuman is relieved on this. Putty explains though for some reason he did find a file missing in the B section

Neuman says that she has a good idea on what he might be doing and what he wanted. Putty says that Zib is likely going to make his own prepartions since he had an idea what the robot and his friends were going to do. Neuman shows up on Bender and Anti Cosmo at night , Bender and Anti Cosmo prepare to attack her. But Victoria tells the two to sit down and to chat, they agree. Neuman knows Bender is looking into Butcher's cancer and knows that's why he broke into the medical records. Anti Cosmo says if Neuman exposes this, he'll expose her puppet strings. Victoria just shakes and says she doesn't care AC and Bender may know she puppet stringed at a supe school, Victoria explains she did so as she sympathizing with the student and her powers being her own powers there are certain things she won't mind being exposed. Neuman admits she overheard them talk and knows they're looking into the Team Free Will Massacre and asks what they will expect to find.

Anti Cosmo says that it's a job that Bender took for his friends in the team who are still looking for and how he and Bender are working on this spefically. Neuman says and they expect to get results quickingly. Bender says yeah he is. Neuman saids that he can't, but does admire Bender's determination.

Neuman and N.Tropy overherar how Rodrigo and Angstorm have managed to go in Trolberg and are pursuiting the fairy mound. N.Tropy begins to realize that Kang's associates are not the only ones that are in need to be silences, he also needs to go over and kill his own allies who he feels betrayed him.

Neuman begins to think on something as he says this. N.Tropy considers acquring another assassin to silence Van Gale and anyone else who may talk. Redneb offers to do so for Nefarious Tropy

N.Tropy however decides he will trap them in their multiverses once more, making it near impossible for anyone to say anything. If he knows the group now, he knows that all of them must have said something. Redneb asks  about any of the others who opposed him previously what to do with him, N.Trophy says to leave them or capture them for his cyrogenic chamber as he shows Geroge and Harold's bodies

Neuman herself is pretty horrified watching what N.Tropy did to the boys.

Meanwhile Rodrigo is on the phone with both The N.Trophies and Neuman and reports his attempt to assassinate Victoria Van Gale and how Levy was captured putting on a front considering what he did. N.Tropy and Alternate N.Tropy ask about the fairy energy, Rodrigo said he got all of it as ordered. Neuman is quick to adress his failure to kill Van Gale, Rodrigo not pleased with the criticism to his ego, reminds her that he can reveal who she really is and that she is a supe if he damn well likes. Neuman knows Redneb is trying to blackmail her, Redneb says he's more comfortable with extortion due to how the x sounds cool. Neuman rolls her eyes and says if he can't get the job she will on her own time.

Zib and Cate return to the N.Trophies's base and The N.Trophies ask where they have been. Zib explains he was at a place of Mexico trying to go after his old nemesis and that Cate was joining on him due to being the only other useful person here

N.Tropy glances at this and asks if Neuman signed off on it, Cate explains she didn't. 

N.Tropy asks Neuman is Bender aware of anything, Neuman decides to lie to him and say no he isn't knowing he is looking into Team Free WIll with Anti Cosmo.

N.Tropy, Alternate N.Tropy and Zib leave with Cate. With Neuman saying as she heads back to Lincoln and Lydia, that she owned Bender and AC one for that. Victoria also becomes aware that Hughie has also been looking around too with Starlight in the Aloha Region looking into the same thing that AC and Bender are looking into which hers into thinking.

Victoria manages to return back to the others with Dustin, Rave, Will Robinson, Clyde, Truman and David. She is asked where she went, Neuman said taking care of loose ends, busting heads not without mentioning she popped Agent Trout's head to keep him from saying too much. She places a tracker on the school marine for The Dupus to follow realizing the group has some important info and that some of them may have doubts on her. Will asks if it's anyone that is worth worrying about, Neuman explains gradually that it won't be anyone to be concerned about.

Amy decided to go to a carnival and with Victoria who wanted to take her daughter. The two sit down even casually talk with Victoria asking if Amy has kids, she does with her husband who she works with in her occupation as  a detective/cop/sergant etc, while her husband stepped down so she can do her own job without guilt he stills help her out. Victoria then asks why does Amy take such interest in helping Lydia and Lincoln, she has seen her work with them involve unsetting childhood stuff. Amy quicks dedeucts she injected her daughter with Compound V and asked about that. Victoria gives a smile and compliments her intellgence despite her goofyness, Amy answers that the two wanted this as Lydia wants to help people and be a hero without bringing so much attention to herself and it's one of Lincoln's goals as a renassiance man. She spefically points out Lydia is a bit like her a latinaish, geeky, competent, kind and assertive girl with interests that align in a more boy like matter who is into a equally geeky and nice guy. She also mentions Lydia used to be a vigilante as she and Jake found out, though they were aware that it did indirectly lead to what happened to her parents and what happened at the hands of Henry Creel. Lincoln, Lydia and Will all approach the two and go on about what they did. Amy asks about the others and Will explains they're relaxing they wanted to see Santaigo

Victoria explains to Amy, that she has another way to help those two without taking Amy's approaches and explains that she can help Lydia and Lincoln do some right for what they want and fight the "right way". Lydia says she's fine but wants to hear her out first as does Lincoln and Will. Amy asks what is the right way to Vic, Neuman says she'll explain later, but first to spend more time at the carival for them all. She watches them and sighs feeling conflicted to follow N.Tropy's plan to size up Lydia., Lincoln and the others or to do things her own way. She still does have to deal with the others going after her as well.

Part 4

Victoria finds the chaos bots attacking the carnival which was she did intend, though what she didn't expect was the Dufus taking her own daughter hostage and is relieved when Lincoln and Lydia manage to help and deal with The Dufus. She does feel some shock when the two see her daughter show supe powers feeling that the two might be able to expose her potentially. However to her relief, neither Lydia or Lincoln really care and accept this nature. Victoria takes the time to show appreciation for the two and thank them for it, she almost considers revealing she's one to them, but doesn't. She however tells Lydia, Lincoln as well as Will Robinson about how it all happened, she does show some regret to it despite wanting to make her daughter strong.

Later with Dr.Dabble she orchestrates a way for the others to get another power Gem so the group can get for her, so she can provide N.Tropy with it before taking her own leave.

Neuman is assigned an task by The N.Trophies as N.Tropy suspects Neuman isn't following his script to kill Kang's other associates, suspecting Neuman is the mole to him and his alternate counterpart. N.Tropy suspects she may be letting personal attachment get in the way. Considering N.Tropy seems to be aware of Hughie's investigation into his massacre, which Neuman says he just stumbled into by accident to protect Hughie. She asks which associate N.Tropy wants to have killed next, N.Tropy explains that he is intent to have a more dangerous minion taken out as while Trout and Pied Piper have some danger, this next one is particularly dangerous.

Captain Putty managed to acquire a few remaining samples of Temp V and Compound V explaining to Neuman and Sister Sage that Luan stole them. Zib and Putty plot to use it for a use of their own, though Neuman turns it down and she has her own reasons for this and has no reason to bring in more Compound V into the universe. Neuman also is informed of the chaos bots from Tek Knight who killed their creator.

Neuman decides to decline Putty and ZIb's ideas and go get the Temp V and Compound V from Luan after Tek Knight ambushed Marcy and Hailey at some point and got the info out of them. She does learn they are at Bolsa's Ranch and decides to visit. Before sending Captain Putty to the woods.

Part 5

Victoria Neuman's mission was to kill Dr. Olivia Octavius as she has technology regarding the collider The Spot was apart of. She is joined by Black Noir II who serves as a bodyguard and distraciton as she gets info about the collider and what is could do. Octavius is aware of what Neuman wants and refuses to give it to her trying to kill her with her tentacles then threatens to go for her daughter next. Neuman decides this will be need to be done quickingly and tortures Octavius by plowing her legs off with her powers and then her head. She then study the tentacles and finds where to get the info on the Collider which she manages to get for herself.

Delivering to the N.Trophies, she is told to leave the room so N.Tropy can try and keep her out of the loop regarding what he intends to do with the multiverse.

Neuman arrives at Bolsa's ranch with the intent to stop Luan and the others from dealing with her adopted dad's company drug, She feels Anti Cosmo and Bender are possibly trying to get back at her for threatening their friends. Luan is ready to fight with her as is the Boys until some rabbid farm animals attack the ranch and scare all of them. With The Whole Group even Neuman showing shock as she told Zib not to do this. Neuman decides for this instance that they will have to team up to deal with this situation telling them that Zib must have went ahead with this.

Luan, Neuman, Stan, Wendy, Hughie, Billy all go their own ways with Luan defending Stan and Wendy as Stan is really trying to remember this deal with rabid animals before which leads into the rest having to know what happened here and Neuman's own secret going out. Luan, Stan and Wendy question Neuman on this and she just tells the three kids straight out what her powers are and that like Bender, Anti Cosmo, Wile E, Dale and Libby she won't allow this to come out. Teaming up with Luan she is able to help Stan and Wendy be able to get into their costumes and is able to save Luan from getting mauled from a rabid animal something she returns the favor for Neuman. She notes Luan has the Web Weaver costume which Hughie and Luan were able to get somehow.

After all the Farm animals, were dealt and the entire team is able to escape. Neuman decides to keep the  heroes alive due to the MAD thing and making it obvious to them that with all of them knowing the truth. That she could pop their heads if needed. She needs to deal with Zib on this.

Hughie talks on matters with Neuman with Starlight where Neuman has decided to allow them to throw compound V away pointing how dangerous it really is. Starlight questions why she backed off, Neuman has her reasons. Hughie and Starlight are pondering among themselves. Victoria also knows and tells Hughie and Starlight she is aware of him looking into that massacre with Bender and Anti Cosmo. Victoria informs Hughie that she suspects her partner is behind this action and not her lover, the one who brought her into all this.

Neuman returns to her allies and angrily calls out Zib for using the Temp V and Sister Sage and Captain Putty for helping with it. She had to reveal she was a supe to them and that was not something she had to do. Putty feels that some fear does need to be used. Neuman just rolls her eyes at this saying how she is surrounded by idiots, egotism and insanity.

Neuman visits Tek Knight who is revealed to have been who Neuman used to undercover more info on Bender, Lincoln, Lydia and Anti Cosmo to keep her hands clean from killing anyone for info. Though she was aware of the 1st and last one for a while. Neuman hired him despite her disgust with him at times because she needed someone to match her robotic opponent as if he was able to take Homelander down, then he can't be undersestimated.

She returns to the others afterwards and finds herself questioned by a suspicious Erica Wang and The Robot as well Lydia and Lincoln

Part 6

Erica, Robot, Lincoln and Lydia question Victoria Neuman on her constant trips, Neuman said that she is a business woman and that she does have her own things to do. Situations to clean up and has to help her employer take out potential threats. She is asked on how she does this, Neuman says she has her ways and that she doesn't have to worry about leaving the group when Vicky knows they can take of themselves.

She is informed of Nate's universe being destroyed as she observes Lincoln discussing with Nate and Dee Dee the after effects. After Fifi sabotaged the Magic School Bus, she calls out N.Tropy on his reckless decisions with Nate's universe saying it was too much. N.Tropy refuses to listen to Neuman and says that she is getting too close to the enemy and that she helped make it possible with her acquiring of the power gems and killing Dr.Octopus. Neuman said she only did that because of the threat posed by her and other allies with Kang. N.Tropy cuts off communciation with her in turn.

Neuman also discovers Nevermore's existence with the others and is informed of what happened in part to The Spot and his actions. Neuman has an idea Spot was serving N.Tropy who instructed this.

Zib has taken notice to the Streaming Resistance with his father and tells N.Tropy, Alternate N.Tropy and Neuman who give him permission to follow on this and he decides he doesn't need Putty or Cate to help him with this.

Neuman knowing Bender is trying to find the Supe Killing Virus, she decides to allow Putty and Z9 to go after Bender on this as she can't reveal her hand to him and needs to go back to the kids.

Part 7

Eugene tells the heroes that he can stay while they go to figure out the rest of the situation and he can help some help with Wednesday and Enid. Amy, Lincoln, Will and Lydia discuss the situation with Cobra Kai among themselves and considering how they were affected, being they will have to go where zombies are envident. Lincoln and Lydia immediatly have an idea and discuss this with Neuman, Dustin, Bruce and Selina as they have some idea of this on this themselves especially Dustin

Eugene, Will and Amy with Neuman, Dustin, Bruce and Selina all approach Lydia and Lincoln saying if they're doing being playful they have decided to take the two up on their end to go to where they have in mind. They just need to wait for Mrs.Frizzle to finish repairs

Larke happily shows Troy off saying how he just changed into this total dreamboat with all that new power and athelticism he has now.

Lincoln, Lydia and Vicky are all a bit supscious of this. With Neuman questioning to herself what was Captain Putty and Zib really doing figuring immediately neither of them took Compound V. Vicky addresses Tek Knight about what he knows on this, Tek Knight asks if Neuman suspects he aided Putty and Zib. Neuman says no and Tek can tell she is lying and saying he didn't help Putty and Zib with anything regarding that jock and if she has a question ask Captain Putty. This she considers, N.Tropy tells her that he must have her clean up the remaining loose ends as well. Neuman agrees and tells Amy that she has somewhere she needs to go and that she's in command. Amy agrees, though places a tracker on her so she and The Robot and Erica can look to what they suspect on Neuman.

Fifi and Neuman both manage to arrive undetected to the Professor's house and drop the invite to Vernon Manor to use against Professor Membrane as Neuman wants Vought back from him and she needs to lure Bender and Anti Cosmo to as they're the other two people who she needs to deal with before taking back  Vought for her step dad.

Neuman is revealed to have eliminated every loose end in Kang's group by using her powers and being able to catch many of his associates by surprise and she reports this to N.Tropy . N.Tropy says that as long as he can eliminate all his potential loose ends then he will have nothing to worry about and that his agent will be of more help in the timeline. Neuman managed to succeed in this goal as she managed to kill the rest of Kang's associates but also the vast majority of N.Tropy's loose ends other than Chelesa, Melvin Borg and B.P Richfield, the latter she had orders to keep alive on N.Tropy's orders. This ended being discovered by Nasesala and Marvin the Martian who finally have something for Slade and Bender to claim the upper hand on her. Through The Boys, Neuman was involved in dealing with a supe that occured in China Town and was privy to Bender, Slade, Luan, Anti Cosmo, Harry and Wile E what they did in Russia and Chinatown and that their actions involved her step dad's company Vought as they got on their radar a bit ago when it came to the first supe of Vought.

Part 8

Neuman sent Tek to discover what Professor Membrane's progress on the Shetty Virus, she learns he not only has it but has sent to Lisa thanks to Bender and Anti Cosmo uncovering it with Butcher and she knowing where the Louds live decides to take care of this.

She is informed by her allies that Bender's friends are very much on to their trap that have in mind for him, Anti Cosmo and Professor Membrane in particular. She also notes that Slade's allies have bugged the manor immediatly after her and Tek discover the frozen cameras. Vicky suspects Slade knows now what she is going to do against himself, Bender and the others since Slade, Bender, Anti Cosmo and the rest of them are trying to cover up their involvement regarding Payback. Victoria returns and has told the others about what she managed to get rid of of whoever can be seen as a threat to her or the others. Though she is intent to have them go up against Tek Knight as she shows disgust about Tek's personality. When told that the heroes wanted to actual camp, she acquiesces as Erica and Rave are a bit suspicious of her now and Erica is now on to her. She decides to go out after the others go to bed as she gives the location of the heroes to Tek Knight's Manor intend to deal with his sickening apporach. Victoria eventually returns back the morning with breakfast despite Lincoln and Lydia having already fished and they are now on to her being the one who commited all the deaths they heard of and is working with The Dufuses as Bender and Anti Comso found them and are hiding from her to insure neither Bender, Anti Cosmo or Neuman reveal their hand.

Part 9

Victoria Neuman explains everything to what is going on with the team and her own actions regarding Tek Knight. She is unaware that Bender, Anti Cosmo and Toby are here and decides to take the rest of the heroes to her universe as she tells Lydia, Lincoln, Will, Amy, Erica and The Robot to wait on her. Later she meets back with the Team Free Will Members that decided to come and she is quick to notice Bender and his friends are here too and so is Professor Membrane. Neuman realizing Tek Knight is trying to do something against her orders, decides she has to go to end game immediately with Bender and Slade's group and goes to expose their history regarding Solider Boy and Vought, when Tek Knight exposes her first. She realizes N.Tropy is betraying her and decides to kill some of Fifi's henchmen to flee. Though when Troy goes nuclear, she looks concerned which hints to Larke and Team Free Will that she was innocent of this. She does help Hughie escape from what is happening with Troy realizing he is getting caught into this. She is quick to notice Professor Membrane getting Dib and his friends out of danger as well and decides to not take an action due to the potential hypocrisy of going after his kid.

After killing more of her former's boss men, she is eventually cornered by Lydia, Lincoln, Bender, Anti Cosmo, Toby, AAARRRGGHH, Will Robinson, Amy and Hughie. Hughie convinces Bender and Anti Cosmo not to kill her, so they decide to use a lie detector. As it becomes apparent, Neuman doesn't know who N.Tropy is, though she does know how long her boss has been having the kids, explaining what she does know and how she came across Bender and Anti Cosmo's dealing with Vought/Solider Boy. Her liking Lydia, Lincoln, Will and Amy was not a lie, and she was originally going to follow through, but came to like them over time. Due to them knowing her and being a mom, Lincoln and Lydia allow her to leave without further injury.

Realizing N.Tropy is clearing taking her seriously, She decides to take some actions against him, as well as Bender and Slade's team though mostly now on principle due to N.Tropy taking higher priority. She decides to pursue her plans, but decides that she will work to gain Lincoln and Lydia's forgiveness and help them deal with N.Tropy's plan when it comes to planning to use Ucumu, she does feel shame for her part in N.Tropy's plan to go after the two hence why she will act in discrete deciding to forgo using Professor Membrane's kid and his friends as leverage to not risk anything further against either of her adversaries. Unaware that Slade's forces are considering this with Cat R.Waul being the orchestrator of this.

Chapter 4

Victoria decides to go on her own plans and take control of things attacking N.Tropy's own henchmen as a way to get revenge against him and alternate counterpart. She does however does some running into Bender and Slade's operations as well. Vicky suspects the two might be the ones who did something in addittion to N.Tropy and attempts to defeat them for once. Using her blood being powers, she is able to put up a fight though the numbers do catch up to him.

Neuman however does discover something and decides to take a measure of her own, as the end of the world is coming.

Chapter 5

Neuman knowing the end of the world is here decides that without any real help from anyone due to N.Tropy, she will have to find Lincoln and Lydia for help. Vicky eventually finds them and is cornered by them where she tries to explain how much danger everyone is in trouble and that she wants to stop it. Though hesistant, Neuman eventually tells them that she wanted to protect the Streaming Resistance, Lydia and Lincoln in part to her step dad and Black Noir's deal a long time ago and that her boss was trying to get her to break it. This is why she made a more pragmatic move of her own.

Bender, Slade and The Boys arrive too and prepare to go afrter Neuman, which takes Hughie and the others to agree with eventually. Neuman can hear something and realizes Ucumuu has been released. This is also when Butcher arrives with the intent to kill her

Chapter 6

Butcher having possessed by Ucumu attacks her and rips her in half which has the others panic as Bender, Slade and Hughie watch in horror which has Captain Hero and the others take a measure to get her to the hospital before she dies for good. After Ucumu and Butcher are defeated, The heroes discover Neuman has managed to surive albeit barely.

Being visited by Lincoln, Lydia, Bender, Anti Cosmo, Ford, Sid and The Streaming Resistance, this is when Neuman who is still recovering from the attack. She tells the team of what she does know during their time with N.Tropy. Though Neuman doesn't know who he, she does reveal he has an alternate counterpart and what else has been going on. She is considering her future after what happened with her.
