Victor Vincent is a character from Power Rangers Ninja Steel.
He is portrayed by Chris Reid.
Victor is a popular jock and the President of the Summer Cover High School Student Body. He's an athletic achiever with a rather brazen and obnoxious attitude. Though popular, not everyone likes him. He does appear to have sway over certain members of the student body, such as Monty, who acts as his right hand and even does his homework for him.
Victor and Monty serve as Ninja Steel's version of Mighty Morphin's Bulk and Skull.
