Van Vogt, known as Van Bogoot in the English dub, is a high-ranking member of Black Ghost and a highly-advanced cyborg. He is a major antagonist in the Cyborg 009 anime and manga. He appears as one of the main antagonists in the "Yomi Kingdom" arc.
