Usula's mecha
Ursula is a stranger who comes to Portia as a part of the main storyline of the game. The player can only have limited interactions with Ursula and cannot develop any relationship of substance. She is the captain of the Council Guards. She arrives in Portia together with her Council Guard team, Ryder and Ten. She is often short with others, preferring to get down to business instead of pleasantries. Her character level is 50.
