Ultimate Level Robot (究極レベル機甲) also known as Final Evolution Mech (最終進化機甲) is the final and the most highest rank evolution of robots in Hero of Robots Universe. In other words, these was the 'final form' of the alien mechs themselves.
Description[]
Ultimate Level Robot is the last form and final phase potential of the robots, which they get after revealing their 'true potential' and surpassed their limits strength. When they reached the ultimate evolution (究極進化), their power levels surpassed those beneath the super evolutions and standard evolutions. Its worth noting that few mechs didn't receive their upgrade final forms permanently, and still capable reverted back to their default forms.

- Some of these ultimate evolutions contained restrictions:
- Gryphon Lord, Kimklay's heart must be united with his own personal mech in order to overcome his limits, while released it's true strength.
- Sacred Lord, Ao Haidong must have faith with his fellow comrade decisions for protect the Earth and its people. Both Azure Dragon and Ao Haidong must accept their destiny as humanity protector from evil threats, and ready to released the seal of their restrictions. Though their problem was solved following later events.
- Demonic Glutton, Due to enormous power levels who merged with Demonic mech like drones, causing Emperor Baltan affected by his own self-attack, right after doing his full finisher attacks. Causing him badly injured after doing finisher attacks.
- Combo Lord, T-Igor and his two subordinate friends must have a hundreds of powerful digital virus copies from Holy Baltan Empire to stayed in these form, despite the virus itself do caused harm to its pilots. If Combo Lord can't take the digital copy dose virus for any much longer times, it would reverted back to its original form.
- Knight Gavin EX, Howl must mastering the King Caesar powers who passed to him. If not, he would loses too much energies and reverted back to his normal stage.
- Poisonous Dragon King, Having consumed the hundreds of evil spirits, and darkness hell powers. The user can easily went berserk turned into a mindless beast losing its sanity in the process, and would attacking anything even his own subordinates without mercy.
- Keroberos, after been evolved by merged with vehicle unit like a drones. The user begin to rampage, and occasionally act like a wild creature from hell. Occasionally, the user also slightly awkward to its opponents.
- Hyper Lion King, the bound between Leo and the mirror version of himself must be united as one. If they are separated for a long time, then they'll no longer access to this form anymore.
