The U.S.S. Delta Team, also know as the "Wolfpack", are the protagonist-villains in the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.
They are special-forces unit that serve Umbrella Corporation.

Lupo. Leader and motherly figure to the team.
Vector. Apprentice to his mentor Hunk, second in command of U.S.S. Delta Team and its recon member. Vector usually disappears like a ghost with his cloaking device before making himself known to his enemies. He can use his holographic projector to shapeshift into an enemy of his choosing the only problem is disguising his voice.
Spectre. U.S.S. Delta Teams surveillance and sniper. His googles can be switched from sonar to detect sound and infrared to detect heat.
Bertha. U.S.S. Delta Teams medic, mad butcher, and the teams torturer.
Beltway. U.S.S. Delta Teams explosives and heavy weapons expert.
Four Eyes. U.S.S. Delta Teams field scientist. She has the ability to control T-Virus B.O.W.S
