Tsukuyomi (ツクヨミ) is a woman from the Year 2068 who guides Sougo Tokiwa to become Kamen Rider Zi-O.
In Crossover War Heroes Series, she is one of the supporting characters serving as the supporter to the main heroes with their journeys.
Description[]
Tsukuyomi is a no-nonsense individual, but is at least more friendly than Geiz as she tries to convince Sougo several times to not transform into Zi-O for the sake of the future, even willingly saving him from Geiz when the latter attempts to kill him. Tsukuyomi also shown to be quite the observant person as she analyzed Sougo's biography and actions thoroughly to determine whether he's really the Ohma Zi-O or not.

Tsukuyomi made a first appearance to rescue Sento Kiryu and the gang from being caught by the police. Rikka is later seen waiting for Luigi and his friends outside a food stall. She then proceeds to befriend Milinda and her friends, to which Luigi and Sento get upset. Tsukuyomi ignores them and proceeds to lead them to Princess Shayla's House Lair, where she is treating the woman who was injured. When Sento asks Shayla whether treating humans is uncomfortable, Tsukuyomi hits him and tells him off for it, but Princess Shayla chastises him gently. She then sits quietly until Luigi, who is surprised that Princess Shayla had turned Tsukuyomi into a Kamen Rider with the help of superhuman scientists, asks for Shayla's age, to which she reacts again. She reprimands the heroes again, more severely this time, and she then sits quietly. After the deaths of Soichie Heim and her companions, she begins to act like a good mother or sister towards Luigi and his friends. When the meeting was done, she and her associates said goodbye to our heroes before continuing their adventures.
