Tortuga is a minor character in the TV series Breaking Bad. He is a member of the Cartel who hopes to eliminate his competition and make money to buy expensive things.
He was played by Danny Trejo, who plays El Diablo in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On The Run, El Jefe in xXx, Bane in Young Justice, Umberto Robina in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Newtralizer in 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series.

Tortuga went informant on his employers Don Bolsa and the cartel and feed infomation to Slade and his empire about the Cartel so they would have to do get things for himself to live the life. Jesse is uncomfortable around him which Slade has Luci and Captain Hero keep him line not to harass. Slade gets his tip off about what the Cartel have been doing in regards to him.
He was eventually atttacked and abducted by Don Bolsa and The Twins who beheaded him stuffed his head with explosives and put it on a Turtle to blow up on Slade, Anti Cosmo, Bender, Luan, Wile E, Jesse Wells and Stan Marsh who went looking for him.
