Tom Reed is a villain hailing from Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction.
He was the last director of Third Echelon before the agency was shut down due to his corruption and mission to kill the U.S. President.
He was killed by Anna Grimsdottir in 2011 in the White House Oval Office after failing to kill the President.

Megiddo sends Reed to kill Sam Fisher and Anna Grimsdottir. However, veteran Power Ranger Tommy Oliver interferes, forcing Reed to fall of an appartment building and into a pile of boxes.
