As edivence mounts against MIdas, he is present with the cops and Midas and convinces Milton Midas to not kill the heroes as while it could get rid of them. He feels that doing so will open more suspcion and considering that some people are investigating his emissonary Pi-Pi and the murders that went down in the source of water it would be a worse choice. Midas listens and settles for the cops to just look into things.

Episode 6[]

Number 2 sets a meeting with him to try and negotiate the release of the prisoners with him and Saul. Tom does take the deal and as the lawyers talk, it becomes apparent that this wasn't personal and that he was just doing what Midas informed him to do. Midas and Hagen work on a plan to try and discredit this charge and to get the upperhand on Deathstroke for possibly violating the restraining order. Hagen loses the case, but takes it in grace and congratulates Saul for managing to runback the case against him, He tells Midas to just take the fee the cops did for him as opposed for jail time. Midas reluctantly lists to his lawyer and does so.

Luan and Bender are skeptical of this as natural resource cannot be done like that. Something Celes agrees with though Tom says it's a business decision  and that Farm Land needs water as well as everyone in this time of the year. Dee Dee confirms this, as it was something she heard about and that Midas and she did eavesdrop on more info that what was expected, Tom does remember this and that he didn't sanction off killing her.

Slade and his forces question him on if he knows anything on the mole. Tom Hagen decides to sell out Chang and tells them that he was present at the scene of Midas's own plot at Morgana's farm. Tom Hagen, Captain Hero, Celes, The Space Bandits, Jessie and Nacho all arrive back at the farm and Hagen shows them that Midas was intending to buy off all the farm land and deprive them of their land by hoarding water so he can use it for more property development and to use it as a cover for his operations which Tom questioned because Midas has so much already. Jessie figures that Midas just wants more and more and that nothing is ever enough for him

The Heroes did cut a deal with Tom Hagen to guarantee a maximum security prison sentence but a very cushy one for him if he helped deal with Milton. Which Hagen agreed to because he learned Midas just replaced him with another attorney.

Hero, Celes, Jessie, Nacho, The Space Bandits and Tom Hagen find something near the Silo and use Hero's x ray vision and the Space Bandits abilities they discover that the mole was Professor Chang. Celes is familiar with him as he was a scientist under Slade for a long time and left him or more likely got fired, she didn't really like the guy due to his insanity and greed.
