The Y's are another family of spies who want to take the X's place as SUPERIOR's main agents in the episode, "Y's Up". They apparently are behind a so called "accident" involving another spy family known as the Z's (Which are never seen in the show).

Chapter 4[]
The Ys are revealed to have been keeping an eye on Bean and her friends as she gets an axe from her dad and they keep an eye on them. The Ys
Larke spies on The Millers and The Ys and learns of their plans under him to go after Lincoln, Lydia and The Xs with the big acution item. Gunar is creating weapons for them to kill the partys not caring what Cleo or Nolan want as they're only allies of M.A.L.I.C.E. Larke notes this a step up from trying to get rid of cherries for the Millers and wonders who is really pulling the strings there. Larke hides herself from Killian, Odival and The Archdruidness who are the ones who set up the acution to lure the heroes in and capture them for the boss. Larke reads their lips as she follows them to a place in case they're been spied on
After Larke, Selina and Bruce manage to bring down and defeat many of the agents involved including Killian and Steelbeak. However The Ys and Millers manage to stun them which Tuesday deals with and saves them in turn having her to fight all the agents on her own.
Chapter 5[]
Lincoln, Truman and Lydia all are steaking out and obserivng the Millers, Professor Malestrom, Killian, Archdruidness Sweet Pete, The Ys, Steelbeak and noticing that they are talking with Nolan when it comes to the plan. The three find out Mr. X betrayed them and has been co-operating with the president.
The Ys and The Millers suspect that Odival will talk and tell the heroes this as Archdruidness did betray him.
The Ys and The Millers are there pointing their weapons at Lincoln, Lydia and Truman have spotted them.
Nolan, Archdruidness, Malestrom, Steelbeak, Killina and Sweet Pete all watch as the agents bring them in as Nolan suspected alright. Lincoln points his weapon at Nolan and shoots him, Nolan finds this amusing and Lydia then uses the Mind Stone to push them all out of the way. The spies take out their weapons and engage against Truman, Lydia and Lincoln. Nolan decides to head off and when Archdrudiness asks where he's going, Nolan tells her he knows Ford is here now and will go after him.
Malestrom aware of his defeat decides to give what he knows on Lincoln to CSM and Archdruidness realizing that the three will hurt her decides to run and The Ys and The Millers decide to take a stand on them as Malestrom watches as maybe Lincoln can't be the only one the Smoking Man needs to know about but also his 2 sidekicks to himself.
CSM is in talk with Professor Malestrom, The Ys and The Millers and CSM is frustrated to learn his own spies can't take on a bunch of children and Malestrom states they're not ordinary kids as The Ys and The Millers states. CSM states who are these kids and Malestrom, The Ys and The MIllers explain that are Lincoln Loud, Truman X and Lydia Lopez.
Chapter 6[]
Malestorm, THe Millers, The Ys, Sweet Pete, Steelbeak, Archdruidness and Mina all meet up and reveal that the plan has gone accordingly.
Chapter 7[]
The Ys and Malestrom all decide to go after Mark Greyson and Invincible engages in a long fight with the Spies and scientists. He is outnumbered but he is determined to bring them as he can do this forever. As they outnumber him, they use their inventions to put the heat on Mark and keep it down. Kim though arrives and decides to save him using her elemental powers to put them on pressure
Mark and Kim both decide to continue their fight with Malestorm and The Ys. They now have the edge and manage to use their combined powers to fight the spies and with Kim's Captain Planet powers to her advantage she puts the team on ice and uses her earth powers to keep them buried as Mark beats them up
The teams try to escape, though Kim uses her fire power to keep them locked in place for Mark and then the two bring the crew all tied up. Mark insists to keep them alive which Kim agrees to.
Epilogue[]
The Y Family is arrested by the multiverse police and like the other spies they are placed away in maximum security. The Ys are a little upset at this if not for their kids. They do notice how Killian and Steelbeak's breakdowns and roll their eyes unimpressed)
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 3[]
Bender, Starlight and Anti Cosmo end up encountering Killain, Steelbeak, The Miller Family and The Ys.
Killan, The Ys and Steelbeak don't take this well as The Smoking Man threw them in there too. They tell the two about their deals with M.A.L.I.C.E, their knowledge on The Smoking Man and other stuff that occured. Starlight questions and he just came back like that
The Ys, The Millers, Killian and Steelbeak decide to get even with CSM and reveal Operation: Countdown to Bender, Anti Cosmo and Starlight.
Anti Cosmo, Bender, Professor Membrane, Starlight, Carmilta, The Resisty, Ren, Scratch and even Killian, Steelbeak, The Miller Family and The Ys all decide to wait for the right moment to attack and once guards do manage to get their backs. They all attack the Guards with Agent Darkboothe's orders for them all.
Blackfire is alerted as she is Warden and sees all these people basically laying waste to the guardsThe former M.A.L.I.C.E members attack Blackfire who uses her personal bodyguards to go after them. As they have nothing left to loose they hold nothing back against Blackfire or her bodyguards.
Bender, Anti Cosmo, Ren, Carmilta, Professor Membrane, The Reissty, Scratch and Starlight all help The former members against Blackfire and her henchmen.
Blackfire gloats that even though they escaped, they will still be killed as Number 1 and CSM dropped a bomb to kill them with Makarov. Bender considered killing Blackfire though backs down considering she's Starfire's sister. Killian tells Them to get out while they have a chance and stop The Smoking Man as they will have gotten their revenge on them if they weren't around to stop them
He and the others accept their death knowing CSM will be defeated and take the explosions.
