Tommy and Tessa, better known as The TNT Twins are supporting characters in Season 3 of the Amazon series The Boys. They were fraternal twin Supes who were active members of Payback during the 1980s.
The siblings were famous superheroes who were members of Payback during the 1980s and later betrayed their leader, Soldier Boy, due to his habitual abuse. Following the disbandment of the group, the twins became the hosts of herogasm, and during the seventieth annual, they were confronted and killed by their former team leader.

The TNT Twins were hosting a herogasm as they were found by Bender, Slade, Luan, Anti Cosmo, Dee Dee, Harry Wells, Wile E Coyote, Mop Girl, Malcolm Merlyn and Mysterion who arrived and noticed everything that was gone down. Mysterion decides to watch due his fascination of this as the rest of the team decide to pull Luan and Dee Dee away from this due to them not needing to see what is unfolding in front of him
The two are later confronted by Soldier Boy, who asks about who planned the attack and betrayal on him and that he will spare them if they do. The Twins tell him it was Black Noir which Solider Boy doesn't believe and he is aware of the loyalty Black Noir has to Vought. As he confronts them, Russian Music is played which causes him to go under shock in part to Professor Chang and Valentia Vostok. The Twins deciding to kill him causes them to be killed themselves by Solider Boy as well as other guests, though accidental on his part.
