The Storm King is the main antagonist of My Little Pony: The Movie.
He is voiced by Liev Schreiber.
The Storm King is a creature of unknown origin that rules the lands South of Equestria with an iron fist. He had been conquring several areas and expanding his empire, and has now set his sights on Equestria. He is described as loud, angry, and a bit crazy, and has defeated numerous threats to his kingdom with his Storm Creatures.
He also has his sights set on the four Princesses of Equestria, having Tempest Shadow go after them as exchange for the return of her magic.

The Storm King first appeared as one of the main villains in the 15th season.
LOTM: Fire Rebellion: Season 18[]
The Storm King returns to exact his revenge against the Order of the Just, turning his attention to not only the Princesses of Equestria, but also the Knights of the Just and Grid Battleforce. He assisted Dark Gennai to attack the heroes. However, Storm King was finally destroyed by G5 Green.
