The Cigarette Smoking Man ( Real Name being Carl Gerhard Bush Spender) is an alias for the primary villain in the popular TV series The X-Files. He is deeply embedded in X-Files mythos as a leading figure in the global conspiracy to cover up the existence of paranormal activities - especially those related to aliens
His real name is unknown however. With his immense political power, ruthless but intelligent mind and access to information on virtually any subject he may require due to his many connections He is someone who is not to be trifled.
He happens to be Fox Mulder's biological father as well.

The Smoking Man is one of the main villains of LOTM: Next Gen Island Tour and is in a main villain triumvirate with Loki and Albert Wesker where he puts his power to ensure Wesker escapes after his part of the plan goes as planned. The Smoking Man and Loki both join back with Wesker after he escapes and the triad captures the Elements of Harmony and Celestia and throw them in purgatory though they notice their magic was drained. The Smoking Man interrogates Kirahue and forces him to help him and his colleagues with finding purgatory and claims at the same time they are the real heroes of the Multi-Universe as CSM believes that by obtaining the souls and stopping BlackGarurumon by ruling the universe is out to do it.
Wesker, CSM and Loki with Marvin take Kirahue to Sector 52 and they find the aliens they need to make an invasion in Springfield in accordance to their deal they let him go as Wesker has his own plans going on. He also learns of Dukat who he orders to his sub-ordinates to attack if he gets in their way The Smoking Man attempts an incineration on the old video game characters which is stopped afterwards he tells Loki and Wesker of Sari's death. Loki, Wesker and CSM have just about found Purgatory though they still need to get the blood of an inhabitant of Purgatory for the ritual. CSM is to fight Dib and his friends. He finds purgatory and unleash the souls on M.O.D.A.B where Isabella comes in to help and she, Dib, Bubbles and DW defeat his soul powered monsters, Smoking Man points out that This is the end. I never thought I'd hear myself say those words after all these years. Isabella then has Jorgen finish him.

At some point he returned and was revealed to be who shipped Mulder and Scully off to Russia as well as the boss of Colonel Kubritz. Due to her failure and everything he has learned, he has her killed for it and informs his allies to investigate the Arkiians, Lincoln, Lydia, Toby, Steve, Pepperjack and AAARRGGHH!! who were responsible for disrupting his deal with the Russians.

Chapter 4[]
The Smoking Man has been revealed to be M.A.L.I.C.E's leader and the one behind the plays when it comes to aliens. He poisons Cleo unknowingly to her by using her as a living virus to kill her parents to drive her further into madness. He also is revealed to allowed the Upside Down invaders in the Demogorogon and Mind Flayer.
The Smoking Man sends his associates to go after the Soul Gem and using Cleo as a bio weapon he can force a safrice of her family in order to obtain it in his logic. Upon learning of Scully and Mulder's investgiaton of him, he sends Sweet Pete, Lurantis and Alpha to go after them in Hawkins after using his group to track them, The Bad Guys and Joanne.
Nolan is approached by The Smoking Man and learns through their talk that CSM used Cleo as a vessel to infect and murder her family to keep her on the plan he and M.A.L.I.CE are making and to give a reason to target humanity and Team Free Will. Nolan is disgusted by this and states he's lucky they're associates because if not he would kill Smoking Man right there. The Smoking Man then heads to Cleo and gaslights her to act on her hatred using her parents's death to so.
Chapter 5[]
He is contact with Luanis, Mina and Alpha in South Park as he advises them on the invasion of alien life forms on South Park. Sid, King and Lisa find out that he intends to colonize the human race with himself on top during their eavesdropping on him.
Wolf, Shark, Joanna, Jaune, Snake and Pirahna get an eavesdrop and find The Smoking Man has captured some government agents and upon not getting his answers fed them to be a monster that he acquired from the Russians. Jaune has a freak out of his own causing Joanna to ask what's going on and Jaune reveals he saw his loved ones actually killed by that thing and he can't believe it's back as he thought he put it down. Wolf asks Deathstroke and Webs what did they find
CSM states that his plans are coming closer to fruition knowing now that the Upside Down has come in contact with them further and with the Mind Flayer have Flayed it's victims he can take control of and that he has started with the nerdy kid that came into contact with it
CSM is in talk with Professor Malestrom, The Ys and The Millers and CSM is frustrated to learn his own spies can't take on a bunch of children and Malestrom states they're not ordinary kids as The Ys and The Millers states. CSM states who are these kids and Malestrom, The Ys and The MIllers explain that are Lincoln Loud, Truman X and Lydia Lopez. CSM states that as he thought as Nolan and Cleo were discussing them. CSM thinks it's about to have his first mind flayed subject pay a visit to gather more hosts for him and instructs The Mind Flayer to open a portal for him.
CSM sends the Mind Flayed to the hopsital that Marcus was dropped and has it take control of him and then CSM uses the Mind Flayed to enter a portal to start the protocol he has in mind. Nolan and Cleo aren't pleased with this as Nolan considers it barbaric and Cleo states that's her friend's frined. CSM tells Cleo to get over it and that her brace faced friend is good as gone especially that her alias will be undercovered thanks to what he found out and that Team Free Will will face more consquences that housing her.
CSM states that he would do it no problem and Nolan states that of course Smoking Man would as people like him make Nolan state why he needs to have Virtumites rule over and he needs to speed up this plan to stop the heroes, but also CSM.
CSM contacts his men and aliens and state that the Gems are being closer to being assembled and to insure Cleo gets the sixth gem so he can get what he wants. The Ys ask CSM about this, CSM reveals to them that he has Cleo gaslit that her folks are dead due to some man made virus, just like Nolan's boss gaslit her into thinking her friends abandoned her when the lizard impaled her. Sweet Pete tells CSM that Cleo is to spare him and CSM states that is true and that they will be safe as long as they remember to appease to her. Pretend they care for her so they can be still around after Team Free Will's team get snapped by the snap.
Chapter 6[]
Malestorm, THe Millers, The Ys, Sweet Pete, Steelbeak, Archdruidness and Mina all meet up and reveal that the plan has gone accordingly. The federation belives they are the aliens and that can just swoop in for that last to Nolan, CSM and Cleo respectively. Cleo states her plan is about to go accordingly, Nolan states to remember to let the Vritumites invade, which she agrees to. CSM mocks this view as being pathethic it doesn't matter about fish girls or aliens it's about him ceasing control with his designs and that he has the alien life forms put the attack on and tell them that Nolan and Cleo are both there and even thought they represent M.A.L.I.C.E he wants them weakned so he can put his own plans into use.
The Smoking Man is present in Royal Woods and he has allowed The Upside Down Gate to open and allowed The Mind Flayer to assimlate Marcus and The Louds. CSM is questioned by his associates why not target Lydia as she is Lincoln's best friend and a good way to get back at him from trying to expose him. CSM tells them that Lincoln would have nothing to lose if he did that and he would be more dangerous. As for the attack here, it's to accomplish his goals and he needs to wait for the snap to occur
With Cleo now having the gems, she puts them in her Nano Gauntlet and then snaps her fingers immediatly and this is allows the alien lifeforms to start invading as the humans are disappearing from the multiverse that aren't protected by the heroes.
The Smoking Man deicde to colonize them into hybrids with the aliens he allowed to conquer humanity. This unsettles Nolan as he watches this occur. The Smoking Man asks why, Nolan wanted this and now he has Earth for the empire and he's shocked
Nolan states Virutmites are not like his aliens and that he wanted to rule not do what he's doing. CSM states he honored his word, his race gets the Earth though they are sharing it with the aliens he is cahoots with and to get over it and states if Nolan doesn't CSM will kill his son and that six fingered creep who Nolan state he used to be friends with but still cares enough to keep him out of trouble.
Chapter 7[]
Smoking Man watches the rest of the team head off and he decides that Cleo and Nolan are persumably distractions to his plans and are threats to him. He knows the Virumties will get rid of him when Nolan fully does get his army and Nolan is having 2nd thoughts on his plans so he orders his Soviet Demogorgon to kill Nolan after dealing with Lincoln.
He orders Cleo's capture afterwards to torture her and then infect her with what claimed her parents to have her killed too. Smoking Man knows Cleo is weakened and see this as a opporunity to remove two possible threats.
The Smoking Man is contacted by Dr.N.Tropy and tells him to meet with him as he has a detail he will most need for the Spy wannbe kid and N.Tropy decides to blackmail Nolan into not revealing the Smoking Man to Team Free Will. N-Tropy states this is what Lydia will get for disurpting his plans with time, his arm and messing with his treasure heists she will do in the future.
Luranis is recovering in the prison and he is ready to pursue his attack when The Smoking Man arrives. Lurantis states that he is glad to see him and that get him out and he'll spare the Man. Smoking Man rolls his eyes and takes a silencer out equips it to a pistol and shoots Luranis point blank in the head without flinching. SMoking Man says no loose ends as he does so, he notices the Flayed and tells them that The Loud Kid is the top pirority, bring him to me.
The Smoking Man then just leaves The Millers to be arrested after no need for them
Epilogue[]
Realizing the alien invasion has been foiled, Nolan betraying M.A.L.I.C.E, Cleo also betraying them and dying and The Louds and Marcus being saved by Lincoln Loud. CSM decides to reveal Lydia's secret alias as Lydil Red to get even with Lincoln at the funeal of Amanda and Cleo. He escapes being arrested contrast to his other colleagues
The Smoking Man is pleased with this as he got rid of the real criminals and that he did the multiverse favor by exposing Team Free Will. He talks to N-Tropy and reveals this success to him. N-Tropy states it was good start when it comes to the girl. CSM Asks what is next to N-Tropy and N-Tropy states to just wait in that he leaked the info to him and Nolan about Lydia with intent to have Omni Man be the one to figure it out, and Nolan chickened out.
N-Tropy states he will have his culling if he continues to follow his plan. CSM states he already has his own desires to the self proclaimed master of time
Countdown To Chang's Guide to The Galaxy[]
The Smoking Man is the main villain of the flashback story during Chang's Guide To the Galaxy, where he once again tries to colonize humanity with the alien forces he was in contact. Leaving N.Tropy's plans aside, he allies with Homelander to do just that. With M.A.L.I.C.E Shut down, he decides to put a stake into his alien plans and decides to use his connections to go after Lincoln Loud, Mulder and their red headed partners.
Chapter 1[]
At Vought Interatnional, The Smoking Man arrives to greet his new partner Homelander. Homelander states that the man who has been investigated them has been murdered on his orders. The Smoking Man seems content with this and asks if Homelander has acquired contact with the alien life. Homelander says he has and some have already landed on there.
CSM is showed Irkens, Dregg and Martian General X9. Smoking Man asks about other contacts and Homelander shows him some of the Virtumites lead by Thargg and Maximus IQ who he managed to get in contact with. CSM considers more connections to the alien life forms he will allow to run humanity so he can rule over them. He asks about the Russians and Homelander informs him that they have answered his call and The Warden captured a special monster.
The Smoking Man says to himself that the Demogrgon was captured as plan by his russian allies and that he will need them to ultimately allow his plan to rule over humanity play as planned
Homelander reveals to him that he has also acquired the locations of Team Free Will's cast apart from Lincoln, Lydia, Ford, Luz, Sid, Scratch, Bruce Wayne and Larke Tanner. Smoking Man states that the latter is with the president who he can't find enough info to blackmail unless he finds a way to dig deeper. He gives Homelander a order to go on a man hunt for them and that he can decide what to do with the others.
Homelander heads off while The Smoking Man puts his memory in place as he starts to remember something important the old multiverse before the spear of destiny, and he remembers he was killed, but is alive again. Desiring answers that even his connections can't get him, he decides to keep a ear on anything that might come up
The Smoking Man has a camera on Royal Woods spefically on the Loud and Lopez Households. He observes that Mulder and Scully have taken residence at the latter's house. He feels that maybe the two of them can lead him to Lincoln if possible. He doesn't deny that maybe this won't work.
As he smokes his cigarette, he decides that it may be a good idea to broker in some monsters and use them in his plans
He calls up Nightmare Enterprises and gets the N.M.E Sales Guy who as smooth talking and cheerful as he is before. The Smoking Man wants help with his operations and plans, he has the Russians, aliens and his violent but handy partner Homelander to instill his master plans, though he may need something else.
The Sales Guy knows exact what he wants, and says that Nightmare Enterprises is a prevailer of fine monsters and that for a price, he can sell The Smoking Man monsters to use in what he needs done. CSM states that he'll take it as he can't assess the Upside Down anymore at this point.
Customer Service seems a bit peturbed that CSM associated with The Upside Down forces and asks if he really needs his help. CSM says he does and doesn't go around calling out who he associates. Customer Service says that he has provided some of his stylish clients with find monsters, including fellow monster supremacist Toffee and that he can send what Smoking Man wants and CSM agrees to this and he puts his order in.
Chapter 2[]
The Smoking Man and Homelander discuss how The Salesman's Ice Dragon monster didn't work in trying to freeze the heroes and how Jimmy the Polar Bear was beaten by a kid. The Salesman states he knows what he's doing and that this was a test. Jimmy the Polar bear states that it was them and that The CSM will have to try a more subtle approach to find the two kids.
The Salesman intends to send more monsters after Vought's oppositon and charges CSM for it. CSM admits it's worth every penny, he does suspect that he left a loose end in his doctor and if his moves got Lydia or Lincoln's attention, he might try to help them as he knows something. Homelander offers to kill the doctor, CSM decides against it as it will tip off anyone that something is going down.
Bruno Manneim reports back to Homelander and The Smoking Man about his attack on Sid Chang that failed due to intervention from a robot and his magic pet who thinks he's a brit as Homelander tells The Smoking Man. The Smoking Man thinks about deeply trying to remember these descirptions. Homelander and Bruno Mannehim decide on another approach, Bruno could try to put his attack elsewhere while he can have his allies go after the ones who stopped his apprenhsion of Sid. Homelander then states he will have his crazy conspiracist, the Smoking Man hired keep an eye out.
The Smoking Man have finished his thoughts, decides to work to acquire more power as decides that he will give Vladmir a call for help as he does recall to his feint memory that he helped an enemy of who he thinks were the two that stopped Intergang's attack on Sid, he just needs some clarifcaiton.
Homelander and CSM are discussing over the phone about the former's encounter with Bender and his friend and explain how they managed to bring the mother of Team Free Will Member Luz in. Though the traitor Starlight stopped him from going further. The Smoking Man warns Homelander about how dangerous Anti Cosmo and Bender are, he took sometime and remembered them, though he himself doesn't know how that even worked but states they were from his past working with Loki and Albert Wesker and that the robot's friends put him down. He advises Homelander to also check in on Slade as he knows Slade is around if Anti Cosmo is around and that Lydia he knows too from then is closely associated to Lincoln
CSM then calls up another associate telling him that you know who is indeed around and active like he suspected and that it may be time to take some action.
Homelander, A Train and The Deep are in further contact with The Smoking Man and the latter is preparing for his plans as he has gotten into contact with Vladmir Makarov who will help them with his plans. He advises the Supes to keep an eye on Makarov incase he tries something else on them. Homelander agrees, he tells CSM about Bruno Mannheim and The Deep loosing a crate of Compound V. CSM states the two messed up, he could have them killed but he needs them for the time being.
CSM's ally states that he has the alien life ready to go and that Z9 and Dregg are proceeding with their plan to distract their foes from dealing with CSM and Makraov's plan.
Chapter 3[]
The Smoking Man, Homelander, The Deep and A -Train are contacted by Lord Dregg and Thragg. They are told of Maximus's kidnap at the hands of Nolan and Ford. The Smoking Man and Homelander simply tell them to such get him back or they will suffer the consequences.
Thragg questions why should he fear him, The Smoking Man states he was able to blackmail Nolan, and that should be enough for him. Lord Dregg also reports to him his encounter with Slade and Marcy Wu as well as the former's team
Homelander, The Deep and A Train mention their own encounters as well. The Smoking Man smirks realizing that Anti Cosmo, Bender and Slade are becoming aware of his plans as he is now aware of them. He sees an opporunity to reintroduce himself into the trio's lives. He tells his secret operative to send him to track their locations and his ally is more than happy to help. He asks about M.O.D.A.B and is told about their dislocation as a hero team which admittingly feels it makes his plans easier as he waits for his ultimate move to acquire more power. As Mulder and Scully are already on to him, with The X Family.
The Smoking Man advises Thragg and Dregg to deal The Bad Guys they caught to the Pirates so he can more resources to follow with his secret operation.
The Smoking Man is in the town too, deciding on his detour and having tracked Anti Cosmo and Bender to The Membrane Household. He decides he needs them killed immediately and has Dregg, The Irkens and General Z9 ready for attack at the house hold. He also has another enforcement here as he was in contact with The Nme Salesman and The Salesman reccomend to him.
The Smoking Man recongizes that is Professor Membrane in the house hold and recongizing him due to Homelander, he decides to have him killed as well. He has the Almightly Tallest command the Irkens and Dregg attack the House hold.
Bender, Anti Cosmo, Sid, Lisa, Libby, Vee, Starlight, Wile E, Jessie Wells and Professor Membrane all watch and The Smoking Man greets the former as it nice to see them again.
Bender and Anti Cosmo are in disbelief as they thought they killed him and The CSM admits that he's alive and well and has returned after a long time. Anti Comso has his wand ready to attack them as is Membrane is ready. The Smoking Man also knows of Professor Membrane and states that Homelander was looking for him too and know that he knows they here he needs them all dead.
He orders Martian General Z9 to use the trap and with it he traps Bender, Anti Cosmo and Professor Membrane and CSM orders Z9 to take them away and bring them to the cell he has in mind for those he wants to kill. Dregg and The Almighty Tallest ask about CSM's other foes and The Smoking Man orders them killed and detained as well.
Vladmir and The Irkens have prepared their next plan with the monsters NME Salesman send over Vladmir decides that he wants to have M.A.L.I.C.E members killed as if The Smoking Man's connection to the russians might lead back to him. CSM states to wait for their associate to see Anti Cosmo and Bender. The Almightly Tallest agree to this and states that they will just be another planet to conquer, The NME Salesman charges the Algmighty Tallest and CSM for the monsters he found and that he expects them to keep buying.
The Smoking Man has been on to Slade and his crew with Homelander, General Z9, A Train and Zib in toll. He sends them to go after Slade, which they do. The Smoking Man ponders that if anything he has to keep Slade from getting too close to the truth of his plans and Slade, Anti Cosmo and Bender have all been looking into him too much.
The Smoking Man basically attempting a form of blackmail on many officals to do so or other attempts at bribery so he can have more officals on his side.
Mulder and Scully both are ready to leave to make sure now that learn CSM's conpsiracy is up to something and that CSM is using the aliens life from for his own purposes for the sake of power as well as colonization. Troy tells them that he will get the car for them in turn
However This is when Vladmir Makrarov shows up and he has them all at gun point and forces them to see The Smoking Man. The Smoking Man admits he was aware that they were all going to go after them and now he's going to get them put away. Jacob Hopkins and Bruno Mannehim drug the crew and place them in Z9's ship so The Smoking Man deliver them to the Warden
The Warden states that it will take some time to get The Soviet Demogorgon to shape, but he will work on it. Makarov offers to excute them, CSM states he will do it later.
CSM burns down Mulder's work. on top of that
The Smoking Man isn't pleased with either Warden, Vladmir or Bruno. They try to explain what happened, though CSM decides that someone will die and so he shoots Bruno Mannheim in the head and tells Vladmir to dispose of him.
CSM calms down and states that he can always call on plenty of backup.
The Smoking Man is carefully working on his true plan as he intends, which he has hidden away to prevent anyone from figuring out. Homelander appears as well as The Sales Guy, and CSM asks about their arrivals.
Homelander states that he has been tracking Those Agents, they went to a remote location and persumably where Lincoln Loud is with that red haired sidekick of his. The Smoking Man seems content that he has finally found the two.
Homelander And CSM inquire him on this, The NME Sales Guy states that he knows what he's talking and that rifts have occured when it comes to them following Bender, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry Wells. He also states that it's also the case with Lincoln and Lydia too.
CSM states that he has an plan of his own and that he will have Jimmy follow as well as Bob The Dwarf and insect villains of his own to deal with the shrinking girl. NME Sales Man warns him that it won't be so easy, unless he has a Microtize. Homelander considers just sending that Demogogon that the Warden has. CSM states that he has a better idea in mind and Homelander should follow them in case something goes arwy. Homelander gets it and heads off.
CSM states in his books that he is one step closer to accomplshing what is true goal. He tells Jimmy The Polar Bear, Bob The Dwarf, and his ant general General Mandible to go find that chip toothed white haired dork and bring him to The Smoking Man as he knows Lincoln is stumbling on something too close even in exile
Homelander, CSM, General Mantivle, Bob, Jimmy and The Warden all meet back up and Homelander annouces he managed to indeed fine the two kids. The Smoking Man states he knew Lincoln was going to show himself at some point.
CSM states and the medicore scienitist is trying to have them help against him. CSM states that with how much Brenner is investing in them, he can use The Warden and his Soviet Demogrogon to go after them like One would like. To ruin everything Brenner is making for him.
Bob and Jimmy both apologize about failing CSM and Homelander, Homelander states they did their job right as much it pains him to admit it. CSM states that he will have them cover other ends.
General Mantible wants another chance at Lincoln and CSM states he will have his time and to go do his doing.
The Sales Guy talks to CSM about another opporunity to use monsters, CSM states his monsters don't seem like they're working. The NME Sales Guy tells him that they are managing to acquire knowledge which is more important then killing is the best solution approach he takes. The Sales Guy does have an plan involved regarding Sinnoh which he and The CSM agree too.
CSM asks for a way to head to Sinnoh as The Irkens get their ship ready for him.
Chapter 4[]
The Smoking Man heads off to a prison cell with Bob and Jimmy and reveals that he has set free their other comcrade Captain Putty who he paid the bail too and leds Captain Putty join his group to get a go at Lincoln and Lydia, as well as Bender and his friends for putting him away
He decides to make his own rendevouzs to Sinnoh with the gang and his mooks. This is when he finds the heroes and Dr.Brenner intent on killing the latter as well as Lincoln. Lincoln and Lydia are shocked to finally meet the man who turned their lives upside down. Lincoln and Lydia both want to bring him down, but The Smoking Man brands a gun on them and states that while the 2 are heroics kids, they're still kids, humans, vulerable and that one shot to the head is death and he intends to do that to keep Lincoln from informing the truth about The Mind Flayer and the upside down.
Lydia accuses him of handing humanity to it on a sliver platter, Lincoln is baffled why CSM even considers him such a threat. CSM states that Lincoln is the one who exposed the Millers and that alone makes him a threat. He can't kill his little partner unless he wants Lincoln to not be afraid to take risks, so he settled for this even calling Lydia Lydil Red to her face. CSM's men also prepare to capture them when Brenner's mooks prevent this. Lincoln and Lydia then both decide to go screw it and attack the man. Lydia pins him down with the mind stone and Lincoln justs goes crazy on him blaming him for destorying Lydia's family and tearing apart his. CSM tasers Lincoln though Lydia does save him from the effect with the Reality Stone.
CSM tells the two that he isn't intimated by them, he has watched presidents die and threatens Mulder and Scully to force them to back off.
CSM then heads to Spear Pillar as he has acquired his red chain from Charon and Team Galactic and decides to have Mandible and the Valley Gang tail them. He keeps Bob The Viking on hand as he puts his operation to work.
Captain Putty, Mandible and Jimmy return from dealing with Cassie, Lincoln and Lydia and reveal that they're after plates. CSM thinks on this and decides he will basically just use the red chain to instill his plans.
He summons Dialga and Palkia and with the Sales Man's help. CSM basically tortures Dialga and Palkia into using their powers to cause distortions in time and space. He does this to show what he is capable of. But it turns out that A Time Eater has emerged out of the time dimension like he planned
The Time Eater emerges from the Time whole that he obtained from abusing Dialga. Though it needs to be fixed and brought into top state before they can fully use it.
The Smoking Man is in contact with Makarov and his russian allies, and he tells his russian allies to plant the chronotron detonators around the area so that he can work further on his plan to control the multiverse through space and time.
The Smoking Man is found by Mr.Wolf and the Bad Guys who managed to find themselves running into the man. Wolf and his crew proceed to try bring in THe Smoking Man. However The Smoking Man is more than prepared and fights Mr.Wolf and Mr.Snake as the rest make their preparitons aganist him and his men
CSM was more than prepared to deal with Wolf and Snake and nearly kills the two with a sniper riffle he kept with him. Snake does manage to get it out of his hands to distract him while Mr.Pirahana fights his men.
Webs and Shark manage to get some info from headquarters on The CSM, learning of his alien and russian connections on top of his monster connections with the Sales Man. Webs also hacks some of the info on his previous action.
The Smoking Man allows them to escape as they don't know all the info, and he justs want The Bad Guys to show the info that he used to discredit Team Free Will as it will be under M.A.L.I.C.E and not linked to himself at all.
CSM recruits Tighten to his cause with Homelander to help him similar to Blackfire as he has history with Anti Cosmo, Slade and Bender as they opposed him when he worked with The Joker and turn him into Titan once more to insure of this.
After wards, he arrives in Arlen and sees Putty, Zib and Blackfire staking out Bender and Anti Cosmo at the base. He decides to launch an attack to stop Anti Cosmo and Bender from getting the info out to Slade or anyone else. Realizing that they will get the info on Operation Countdown at this rate and make it look like an accident
Driving their vehicle, he keeps an eye on the group to insure someone is actually behind the wheels as Blackfire and Zib fight and Putty works to sabotage the vehicle against this as due to his age, he won't stand much of a chance against Bender, Ren, Membrane or Starlight.
Despite not getting them he seems pleased that his plan to use the chronotron detonators did work out and forced quarantine on the areas he managed to use them. He sends his spy The Chameleon to go after Bender and Anti Cosmo to report any info that he may need to go for.
The Smoking Man provides Jacob Hopkins, Homelander, Tighten, Lord Dregg, Zib with the chronton detonators to use to quarantine Townsvile as part of their plan and another taste of the time and space distortion he did back at The Spear Pillar. He hears of Slade's arrival through Tighten and sets an ambush. He has Hopkins set them off so this could be done under discretion.
Though Tighten, he sends his men to go after Slade and his crew and uses them to try and stop anything from being done. He smirks as he keeps this to himself as he orders Jacob to dentonate the chronoton dentators and force Slade's crew to leave from saving Townsville
The Smoking Man finds out about what Luan, Harry and the others are up to with The Deep's assistance and he decides to use Luan as bait to lure Lincoln and Bender out to deal with them. He decides to settle on an amush with Hopkins which does manage to work as planned. As he finally meets Luan and Harry Wells he tries to have them dealt with by having their friends dissected or killed.
Luan, Gwen and Kate manage to break free and go after the man himself. Despite his age, he more than holds his ground against them and nearly gets away albeit without injuries where Luan manages to get her powers under control. He has to be saved by The Deep and in turn he has an argument with Homelander about why his rep is more important then getting his job done.
Chapter 5[]
Working with the Omega Pirate, he intends to repair the Time Eater so he can use to control space and time like he's planned. The Smoking Man comes to a though and doesn't have enough parts to keep repairing it so with a distraction needed. CSM sends Dregg and his ally The Neutrailzer to provide an attack in space
He then instructs how Thragg, Dregg and Z9 will do their invasion and sends Zib to get what is ultimately needed, CSM is then told of Zib's success with finding materials for the Time Eater, he considers something as well
With Mulder and Scully also getting close to the exposing of his work, CSM sends off Makarov, Bierko, and The Warden to pursue Mulder, Scully and the others after being informed of The Xs being taken control by the Sales Guy. This plan works as planned, and is pleased with Makarov's success with this. That being said, he is still unpleased with The Sales Guy who CSM doesn't like that the guy is overcharging money for failures of monsters, who he sees as ripping him off.
The Smoking Man discusses with Homelander their plans. He realizes that Bender, Luan, Marcy, Slade, Anti Cosmo and Harry Wells are getting too close to exposing their plans just like Lincoln and Lydia. Realizing he needs a way to stop this, he has Putty and Homelander on some plans with Homelander going after the 3 groups at a time. Later on he looks into his operation and upon his henchmen doing research, he decides a move must be made in Sinnoh.
The Smoking Man upon overhearing what Putty and Homelander are going to, he decides he needs to have Anti Cosmo and Bender tailed with not only Chameleon. This is due to them heading to Johto and the connection to WB, PPG and Batman.
Learning Anti Cosmo, Bender and the others are in Johto from the Chameleon. He decides to use what The Sales Guys send him to insure control over the legendaries, though the others manage to get the legendaries before he does unknown to him. He then oversees that Putty and his men head to Sinnoh in Regards to the Lake Trio.
Realzing Bender knows about his plans against M.O.D.A.B, and his ploy to kill him, CSM decides to take measures to stop Bender from succeeding with this and that he also may be aware of the Time Eater, He agrees with Zib to go track him and his blue sidekick.
The Smoking Man have managed to get his tools by Zib, he gives The Time Eater to Charon to repair. He sends out The Sweet Valley Gang and Mantible to tasks to go after Legendaries and find Lincoln's housing location
CSM is given the legendaries Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf and then uses them to make another Red Chain to replace the previous one. Thinking on a way to get Lincoln off his back, he reveals he knows the locations of all the Louds and considers just killing them, though he backs down until it's needed.
Chapter 6[]
The Smoking Man decides to have Brenner silenced knowing he's getting too close to his connections with N.Tropy. He has Mandible, Jimmy and Bob tail the crew other than Lincoln and Lydia and has Captain Putty chase the other two to find out what he needs to know.
Putty tells CSM what Lincoln and Lydia have been doing respectfully with legendary pokemon and he works with Charon, THe Sales Guy and him to catch the duo. He is forced by Customer Service to pay up under blackmail threats which work. CSM then decides to have Lincoln killed knowing he's too close now and ambushes him and Lydia intending to kill them with men
He starts Operation Countdown and with armed forces trys to kill them, though he does kill Brenner who saves the kids and he heads to Veilstone City. He then has the Time Eater go after Bender and his friends as well as Slade's empire as Zib reports that Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade are all refusing to fear Homelander's threats and he sends reinforcements including the Black Arms to do the job.
CSM has Thragg attack as planned and then realizes Deathstroke has regrouped with the agents. He has his forces go after the groups, though Customer Service has none of it and informs him he's on his own
Finale[]
He sends his agents to attack everyone involved, he first comes across Mulder, Scully, Sterling and Beckett and takes them on first and because of his old age he is aware of his fragility. He is defeated initally by Mulder who tries to kill him, but Scully calms him down. The Smoking Man leaves but Walter tells the agents, he won't go any further than The Spear Pillar
Truman then helps uncover his transcastion with The Russians and then Bender and his friends work with Saul to expose his work with Vought to make sure he has nowhere to run respectfully or anything
He has Homelander go after the group before hand, He is then cornered by Bender, Libby, Slade and Anti Cosmo who try to bring him down. CSM has Primal Dialga and Primal Palkia attack them sending them back and has The Time Eater go after them. Lincoln, Lydia and Dawn go after him as well and the three also take on him and his corrupted Pokemon as well
Lincoln and Lydia manage to get Arecus and recruit it to help them to help them fight his primal pokemon. This is also when Slade's Empire and Lincoln and Lydia's friends manage to take out The Time Eater. Slade, Anti Cosmo and Libby manage to sucessfully distract him using The Unown and the kids command the legendary pokemon with Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade's own legendaries to deal with The Primal Pokemon.
The Smoking Man tries to make one last stand, but is shot in the head by Bender who sniped him with his rifle, and then he is wiped off the face of the earth with The Unown and Lydia using the Infinity Stones to snap him out of existence.
