Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
He is contacted and met by Slade's empire who ask him what he knows on Operation Countdown. He knows a bit regarding his connections to the underworld and tells Snart about them respectfully. When Captain Putty shows up to get rid of him, he, Riddler and Two Face all escape with Slade's allies as Putty Closes the Ice Berg Lounge.
The Penguin joins Slade's Empire in heading to Halverston and Area and assists in getting more monkey power and repelling the alien invasions that CSM and his forces are using on them as Operation Countdown commences.
The Penguin helps take on the alien invaders under the Csm and help Slade deal with Z9 and Blackfire and They then return to Slade's contient afterwards when The Time Eater and The Smoking Man are defeated.
War of The Streams[]
The Penguin joins Slade's crew to deal with The Cartel as fellow criminals work better to deal with Underwood as this is a fair point. As he does help the others maintain safety at the Iceberg Lounge and is shaken up by Underwood and nearly killed by him. Thankfully unlike most of Underwood and his crew's victims he manages to survive and recovers in time to help clean up the rest of the riff raff when Underwood is defeated.
