Description[]
They are the Unitologists private military as a splinter faction and work with The Overseer. They pretend to rescue people who survived from necromorph outbreaks which is actually secretly abducting them into their secret base where The Overseer in charge needs to find people who were in contact with the marker and if they didn't he would have his men kill them off and if they did he would give them an offer to recruit them into becoming agents of Unitology. If the latter was refused, he would have his men take the remaining survivors away to drive them into a vegatative comatose state by lobomotization and frame them as being the criminals responsible for the Necromorph outbreaks.

The Overseer sends his sodliers to find Isaac Clarke and kill him and his friends to keep The Unitologists involvement with the Necromorph incidents spawned across the galaxy a secret with their allies The Templar Order helping them out.
