The Fallen, originally known as Megatronus Prime, is a major antagonist in the Transformers multiverse. He serves the titular main antagonist of the 2009 film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the sequel to the 2007 film Transformers. He also serves as a referenced character in Transformers: Prime, Transformers: Exodus and Transformers: Exiles and he serves as a major antagonist in Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
He was the true founder of the Decepticons and Megatron's master, thus being the most powerful Transformer in the film series until his demise.
