The Chameleon

"It is I THE CHAMELEON!"

The Chameleon is the secondary antagonist in T.U.F.F. Puppy. He attempts to destroy T.U.F.F., but he never succeeds. He often uses his transformation suit to transform himself into any form, and upon taking an objects form he also gains all its features (i.e. turning into a bus he can drive himself; turning into a gun he can fire, etc.) He can also shapeshift into anybody and can change his voice to match the character he turns into, although for some reason he doesn't always do this.

Chapter 4

Similar to Blackfire and Tighten, he was somehow brought back by the use of Spear of The Destiny and made contact with The Smoking Man who hired him to be part of the conpsiracy and sent him to follow Anti Cosmo and Bender to Johto.

Chapter 5

The Chameleon reports what he found on Bender and Anti Cosmo's mission to the Smoking Man and the others, he is nearly caught by Dale and Starlight who both suspected a spy was on their ship..

He gets reinforcements in Blackfire and The Deep under Zib. He is given the Dark Balls like the others from Charon and The Sales Man. He manages to sneak into Whirl Islands with his balls. He tries to capture Lugia himself, he almost manages to do so but is foiled by Libby and Bender who stop this.

Chapter 6

Thinking on his previous foes when he worked with The Joker, he heads to Halverston and Area and reports this to his supreriors that Slade and his crew are there and that they are using this as a way to make a plan to counter them. This is what CSM needed as he sends his alien allies and Putty to make their move respectfully.

Finale

The Chameleon goes after Bliss, Death and Black Star intend to defeat them for the Conspiracy and The CSM. but he is bested by them and delivered to The Flying Dutchman, Him and Hades to send back to the Underworld.

Trivia

The Chameleon shares his name with an Marvel supervillain

Every time he is seen working with another villain, they take advantage of him. In the episode Mission: Really Big Mission, Snaptrap uses him as a cupholder, box of tissues, and a toothpick. The Chameleon of course doesn't seem to mind because he feels like he is "helping."

Prior to becoming a villain, he worked in telephone sales

The Chameleon is one of the only 16 characters from Phase 1 to appear in Phase 4 as a regular cast member alongside his fellow allies Tighten and Blackfire.
