Tendo Katsuyuki (天道克幸) is a hero and protagonist from Hero of Robots Universe. He is the pilot of Glorious Dragon. He birthday is February 1st (Aquarius). He voice in Japanese is Takehito Koyasu and Umeka Shoji for child.

Young and handsome entrepreneur with a sophisticated sense of style. He has extreme charisma that other businessmen lack of and is never short of beauty female companions.
He was leader of Elite Federation Force Army. After the appearance of Legion of Doom, he quickly joining the battle for protect earth and humanity.
10 years after the final battle of Empire, Tendo Katsuyuki married with Nimbus. Few years later, they located their new home in Planet Toros with their born son.

- Gajill: Gajill is Katsuyuki's friend, he was also his mentor in his team. Despite now separated from their respective family busyness, they remained 'true friends' even when they met still shown honored each others.
- Nimbus: Nimbus is Katsuyuki's former enemy and she originally planned to kill him, later on she become his crust/love interest after she redeem herself. Their current relationship is somewhat 'romantic' linked each others, even when the two becomes fiances.
- Tendo Akira: Akira is Katsuyuki's son. Unlike his father, he is rather timid, but do learned leadership side like him. Katsuyuki always teach to him about being a true leader isn't about thinking quality of self, but also required a great sense of empathy.
- Distonos: Distonos is Katsuyuki's adoptive grandfather, Distonos have deep careful for his kindness and wisdom like his adoptive father. Distonos was the one who entrusted and gives the Elite Federation Company to him, for honored his late wife.
- Dragon Clishee: Clishee is Katsuyuki's adoptive father. Clishee willingly gave his throne royal ancient kingdom to him in the events of Galaxy Epoch Season, when he know his adoptive son now have a fiance and grandson.
- Kimklay: Kimklay is Katsuyuki's comrade, who had made work together with him since Legion of Doom invading Earth. Both are currently an equal partners, as both are elevated to the rank of generals by President Niel and Vice President Jacks.
