Like his ancestor Wile E. Coyote, Tech E. Coyote is super smart. How he makes his inventions is he uses Acme tools and parts. He also get the Acme parts and tools the same way his ancestors did. Before gaining his powers, Tech was a student at the Acmetropolis University. As a member of the Loonatics, Tech acts as the team's source of various crime fighting gadgets and vehicles, typically as the situation requires.

He split his path from The Infinite Crusaders to pursue other means and through he met and began working under Cecil Stedman, wanting a change from his previous positions.
Chapter 2: Past, Present and Future Unite[]
Steve Rogers visit Cecil, him ,Betty, Felicity, Freakzoid, Spider Noir and informs of the encounter with Solider Boy Tech E has been looking into his suriival and states that Solider Boy hasn't been challenged due to good publicity and that they need to expose this and he and Cecil agreed to.
Lizbeth, Cassie, Ren and Kelly meet Jack and Kate with Peggy and they head into the headquarters. Where they meet Cecil, Tech E, Felciity Smoak, Betty and Freakzoid, with the former breifing them about the events. Tech E explains his situation with Solider Boy and that he was keeping tabs on him through his tech and has Felicity explain this to them.
Kelly, Antman, Tech E, Freakzoid and Cecil all deal and fight off Solider Boy's men who attempt to ambush them. Tech E was attacked with the intent to keep him quiet about what he knew on Carter and Soldier Boy's escape
Tech E Resists this and with the help of the others manages to make a get away and relocates Spider Noir's base ahead of time with the help of his inventions, he does with the intent to catch up to Lizbeth, Betty and Ren and to insure of a future attack in the very event Payback 2.0 got someone kidnapped.
With Cecil, Ren and Kelly. He meet up with Cassie as they discuss her actions in stealing the Pym Patricles and dousing herself inn them Tech E studys Cassie and finds it remarkable what has occurred within her. Tech states that now that Payback 2.0 knows about the Particles, This could be used against them if they figure a way to get some or harvest her for them.
The Group makes a pit stop to the outside, basically escaping lockdown. Tech E and Cecil know Solider Boy won't let this go unbridled and decided to do this to lure his men out Spider Noir and Freakzoid report stolen Pym Particles to Betty and Tech unrelated to Cassie. Tech can feel something in the air as the others relax like Cassie's reveal has caused Solider Boy to make his own move
Colonel Kit Coyote and the Sergant are waiting telling Solider Boy as he works with Simon Sinister intend to also harvest Cassie's DNA to use in the suits he has which Sharon took from the Pym Family. Tech states that he warned them of this and this did happen, he considers boasting about his brains, but decides to focus on the matter at hand. When Freakzoid and Spider Noir get back to them and tell what they found. Tech begins suspecting The Pym Particles while part of his plan is a red herring. He figures it may have to do with what Steve and Peggy have within them.
Kate and the others manage to head to where they know Commander McBragg and they manage to find him and work to get him brought into the battle. Cecil has Betty, Tech and Felicity look into something he began to suspect with the abduction of Steve and Peggy, which Tech realizes was said, because he mentioned to Cecil that The Pym Particles might have been a red herring
They follow him to get to the base of Solider Boy which Betty, Tech and Cecil managed to find using Lizbeth, Cassie, Ren and Kelly heading there to get the Super Soldiers. Cecil and Tech find out what Solider Boy's designs are and have Betty and Kate radio Lizbeth about this. SB is trying to rebuild his own handlers in Vought and sees using meta human DNA/ Supe DNA as an answer. And that he sees it as an upgraded Compound V
Tech tells Cassie, Scott and Kelly about the Winter Solider project and what it was made for and learns from them. that they were found so Tech and the others all go after the Soldiers and to his hideout with help from Kit and Oakely.
Tech helps the others deactivate the attempt to use more Winter Soliders, and then basically destroys his hideout as the others head out. Tech however notes that this isn't the end of him and he will remerge.
Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
Tech and Cecil are approached by Kate and Betty about what just happened with the others. Upon learning of who was involved he realizes he was right Tech and Cecil discuss their vindications on Solider Boy and decide to get a hold of the latter's superior.
Tech meets back up with the kids and the others and states what he suspected has indeed occurred.
As it's not safe to do anything where they are, the group on Larke's ideas decide to head to the northern multiverse. Tech asks the heroes what they're up to and Blue Falcon, Birdman and Dynomutt all are attempting to get some help and backup to help them with the SB Situation
With Felciity and Tawna, they discover that Soldier Boy froze most of their accounts with the help of connections Tech is then ambushed by the villains and they face off with them which ends up a tough fight when ends when Starlight blinds them
Tech observes the technologies Blue Falcon has and tries to establish a connection for them when they are ambushed again. He instructs Hughie as well as Tawna to look into how they're tracked.Tech takes on the Winter Solider,Unlike the girls they have a bit more trouble with Winter Solider due to being more skilled than Abomination
Cecil pulls them out to basically go get Hughie, The Hanna Barbera Heroes and Felciity were in contact with. The backup Solider Boy has arrived and he and Connie work together to get rid of them. He then arranges With Cassie how they're going to get ahead and they do so when SB abducts Lizbeth.
Tech follows Cassie and he uses the info he acquires and exposes Solider Boy and his reptuation, his true actions to the public. He hands this to Felciity, Hughie and Spider Noir to expose this as he helps the others take on the rest of the generals and the other soliders. He and the others escape and now with Solider Boy being gone, he ponders what could be next though the others tell him to chill as this isn't about constant saving the day.
Chapter 4: Dread The Unknown[]
Tech overhears of the invasion and he prepares with Cecil to deal with the alien invasion. He briefs Lizbeth and her friends about the situation at hand. He is one of the only ones who even fares decently as he has done this before. But he admits this is unusual even for him as he takes on the rest of the invaders trying to get any upperhand he can on Lord Commander.
Tech manages to find something special to use in their work with Larke and Betty figuring out of a way to help Lizbeth's near death, He finds out Cecil has Mooncake and tries to convince him to hide it from Lord Commander as he knows that is what he wants. Tech learns that Cecil is taking them to Japan so they can keep The Mawkin Guard off the heroes as the needs of the many outlives the few.
Tech hopes Cecil knows wat's he doing and decides to join the others in heading down there in Japan.
After introducing himself to the Phantom Thieves, he and Cecil keep Mooncake secured from The Mawkin Guard as they know Lord Commander will make a move at some point. He decides to figure out how to deal with them, after getting the research he needs and info from Spider Noir they figure who they are dealing with. This is when the Martians arrive to deal with them and Betty and due to thsi being expected this time, they manage to handle the Martians better.
Tech also learns Cecil has the Tesseract too which is why Cecil was so adamant to come along and Cecil knows that anyone power hungry like Lord Commander will want it. After a week of looking into things and the academy, Everyone decides to head to a remote island and they are informed of what has gone on from Larke and Betty who gotten their info from LL 007 and Warren Steele.
He and the other super heroes go to get the tesseract knowing Lord Commander wants it, as it needs to be on them at all times as the Guard will find it. They do get it, but they find themselves dealing with corrupt politicans and Mozer with the Martians. They discover what both him and Raven Beak are really wanting as Raven Beak wants them to give him the Tesseract and find themselves fleeing when he sends an E.M.I.S atfer them. They do get the Tesseract to safety and bring back to the group.
Upon hearing of the plans the Yolkpticans are planning, Tech decides to counter this by making some gadgets to use against the aliens and to stop Limburger while freeing their comrades from the frozen carbonite that Betty and Allen found out. Heading into Space, Tech makes sure the heroes don't float into space using anti-gravity technology. When they arrive, the group splits up to deal with the situation, Tech resolves to try and save their friends from frozen carbonite. He is also successful just about when he is ambushed by Mozar and the Martians who intend to take him, Tech fends himself off from them only to have his gadgets crushed forcing him to make a escape to his regret
He joins back and reports what happened, though he is still fortunate that the others won't feel anything in there. With his gadgets out of his mission, he is not able to save their friends and stays behind to handle the ship. He does at least guide everyone through their missions against The Mawkin Guard, this mostly works until Raven Beak and his E.N.M.I.S show themselves and he has them pull out and go back to Japan.
Chapter 5: Return Of The Heroes/Raven Beak Strikes Again[]
Tech helps Cecil and Larke deal with the investigation of Raven Beak to learn what his move is. At this point Tech managed to get his inventions and gadgets reinvented to use, Tech discovers Raven Beak has a denotator that allowed him to distort time. He reports this to the group respectfully and it's time to put Raven Beak in his place. He ambushes Raven Beak's men which are Mawkin Chozo respectfully as well Gravtik and the Skrulls loyal to him.
After a face off with them, he learns Mastermind is working with them and this unsettles him that she is working with them. He explains his history with her to the others and that she knows a lot about him and that explains why the Chozo were able to do what they did. With Larke and Cecil, they discuss Lizbeth's powers as they note and that Raven Beak may be trying to lure this out respectfully, during this fight.
Tech learns from Cecil and Spider Noir that A group of time traveling heroes arrived as well as they are going after the E.N.M.I.S so they might be safe at the moment from the robots as their leader has found a way to deal with them.
He continues to look into Raven Beak's defenses and has Noir and Dynomutt on his focus as their mission control. During the mutliple attacks that are made, he ends up having to deal with Mastermind twice over as well as the other foes. He managed to defeat Mastermind the 1st time, but has more trouble the 2nd time due to the X Parasties as he has no way around them like he did with The Dominators. He does however catch on to Lizbeth's powers respectfully and has her absorb them as he recieved the info on this from Noir and Dynomutt as they came back.
After dealing with plenty of setbacks, Tech is quick to note that The Mawkin Guard has taken a E.M.M.I due to his look into Mastermind's work. This is proven right later when Mastermind and Eyeball Ruby ambush the heroes and separate Lizbeth from the others and he goes to look for as Cecil and Starlight suspect this was done with the obvious in mind. This is proven right when Lizbeth drains the 7th E.M.M.I and awakens her superpowered form. Tech knows Raven Beak now has what he wants and now they must act now. During the final showdown, he goes against The Dominators and Mastermind and defeats them with his friends.
Realizing Lizbeth has been M.I.A, he finds out Ann got Lizbeth out of danger and they will be waiting in Japan and sets the co-ordinates for the heroes to return to their home respectfully.
Chapter 6: The Arrival of Earth X[]
Tech and the others learn of the arrival of Dark Arrow and the disappearance of the others through that wormhole. Tech meets up with Cavendish and Dakota with the others and they decide to work to get the others back while dealing with Dark Arrow and The New Rieshcmen.
As they work on the time travel wormhole themselves, Tech is informed of what went down and how Dark Arrow got to power in an alternate multiverse as history was not how it was remembered in the X Multiverse as Dakota and Cavendish inform him.
Eventually he and the others are stormed by Dark Arrow's men to capture him, to insure that they can get their work done, Tech fights the New Reich with Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, Jack, Tawna and Dakota to insureinsure Hughie and Cavendish can continue their work. It works until Over Girl got involved and knocks them all out.
In Prison, Tech E learns he is going to be killed in there, while this causes concern for most of them, Tech knows he'll come back but it's his friends he's worried about. Tech and Jack notice Tawna is not with them and as Blue Falcon states Tawna was brought in to try and turn her due to have some quaflications for them. Working with Jack, Dynomutt and Blue Falcon they make a plan to try and escape from the prison. Tawna uses a secret cover to help them with their plan and the 5 then make this happen and they escape from the jail,
As Blue Falcon also realizes that Dark Arrow still had the stuff they have on them and was burned by them. That means they can't find anything else on him apart what they know, The Heroes escape from the New Reich and discover The Tesseract which Dakota and Cavendish explain to him what the Infinity Stones are as well as the stones being shattered at some point as Larke told him.
He and the rest of the heroes regroup with the A Group and they take on the rest of the New Reich and manage to force a retreat for them at the moment. Tech does discover something about Felciity as Blue Falcon and Dynomutt go visit her and realize she herself was looking into the stones.
Chapter 7: X Marks the Spot[]
Tech has been doing his own research on the Space Stone respectfully to find more use for it, he has been mostly sucessful in discovering it's use. As he discovers there are more of them, he is curious to find them for research purposes . He decides to join the team in going to Malakeith to find the Reality Stone. Being the one who maintains the ship, he insures they get the Reality Stone and he decides to pay close attention to it's uses.
Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand[]
Tech E and his friends are sent to go looking for the Power Stone so they can get a 3rd stone to combat the villains. They seek out an oceanian area known as Morag to find this stone as it is contained in a orb respectfully. Tech spents his time trying to find a way to hold the stone as he is aware of the Power Stone's incredible power and it must be taken care of cautioussly and carefully
When Cassie loses her powers to the attack from The New Reinshmen, Tech tries to work on something to restore Cassie's size shaping powers. He is admittingly thankful Cassie was aware of this and found a way to counter it.
Dealing with the Nazis and the they have isn't easy for them though and Tech tries to figure why they have so much suprerior weaponry. Though his encounters, he does create a way to contain the Power Stone without bad effects.
He, Cecil and Starlight manage to help the others get to Morag and get their hands on the Power Stone. He is quick to learn of Felicity's capture and that had 4 of the stones's energy in her. As they all head back to save her. Tech works on a way to save Felicity from being overwhelmed by the energy as he knows she's a mere mortal who can't take the powers of the stones within her.
After breaking the Duplicate Inflinty Stones after giving it to Felciity to use on Dark Arrow, he constructs a gadget to safety remove the energy from her which he does after Dark Arrow's defeat.

Tech E recieves the transmission that brings Pop Pop, Myrtle, Beckett and Sterling to the future, he was well aware after 3 time breachings, that something would occur again like this. Hearing of their cases, Tech E and the crew decide to help them with their situation and he decides to rework on his device to allow them to return after they are done here as he informs them of Angstorm Levy causing problems for them alongside this guy Rodrigo Redneb.
Part 8[]
He is instructed to help find a way to get the Spys and Loud Grandparents back to the past by Cecil after some dealings with Rodrigo and Angstorm Levy.
Part 9[]
Working with Freakazoid he is able to make a time portal for Lizbeth and her friends to use and afterwards uses his tech know how to prevent Redneb from trying to destroy the future with a Time Eater.
Chapter 6[]
With the deveastion of the future due to Neo Vought having to deal with N.Tropy's forces, Tech E begins to work on a way with Cavendish and Dakota to be able to return to the past as they are realizing the dangerous N.Tropy and his alternate counterpart are after.
Book 2: Interlude[]
Tech E assisting Cavendish and Dakota is able to find a way to the past and end meeting Lizbeth's old friends to investigate the previous events that have occured and discovering more of the actions as they behold themselves. Later he takes part in helping his freinds and is killed dealing with General Mornado, though he is able to help The Streaming Resistance defeat him for good.
