Talwyn is a character from the Ratchet and Clank series. She is an alien who is a native of the Polaris Galaxy. She spent most of her life living in her father's space station. Her father was (IS, actually) a famous archeologist who's been fascinated with Lombax technology. Both she and her father hold high regards to the Lombaxes for saving the entire universe from the Cragmites.
Talwyn is considered a fan favorite amongst the series and one of Ratchet's love interests.
She made her first appearance in Tools of Destruction where her robot caretakers, Cronk and Zephyr, tried to defend the space station when Ratchet and Clank invaded it. When she met the duo face-to-face, she intended to have them both thrown out the airlock until she discovered that Ratchet is a Lombax. From there, she and her robot caretakers immediately came to friendly terms. She told them that her father left the space station when the pirates broke into their space station and stole a valuable Lombax artifact. However, he never came back. From there, she left to search for the artifact and had been helping out the duo from then on.
Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles[]
Talwyn made her first appearance in The Lombax Secret, the series equivalence of Tools of Destruction. She played the same role as she did in the game, however, she could never be a love interest despite the fans wishing she was. Although, there was never a rivalry between her and Kim for Ratchet. Both young women have always been on friendly terms with each other and both share concerns and compassion towards Ratchet. It was also once implied that Talwyn knew that Kim and Ratchet would end up together.
During the events of the Polaris Epidemic, Talwyn helped out several times. She expressed to Kim and Ratchet about how glad she was that they're together and had remained their friend. She helped out the duo when they were thwarting Professor Dementor on the moonbase orbiting Terachnos. She helped to clear Kim's name when she was framed by Camille Leon. She also stepped up to take care of a delivery mission when Kim, Ratchet and Clank were redirected to deal with Gemini.
