T-Igor (T-イゴール) is main villain/anti-villain in Hero of Robots Universe. He is pilot of Hornet Ranger/Ranger Lord, later as Combo Lord. His birthday is May 14th (Taurus). His voice in Japanese is dub by Suzuka Takamori.

Alien cyborg solder produced by the Legion of Doom. Every soldier looks the same but outstanding individuals are usually given a name and put into a leadership role.
T-Igor is the right arm of Jeffero, is send his job to takedown Earth Forces. In carrying out its mission, T-Igor allied itself with: T-01, T-02, and also T-03. The four of them are very compact with each other. He later work to Holly Baltan Empire, after Holly Emperor Baltan gives him new upgrade powers.
