Syuuya Aikawa is the most level-headed of the Hokuto Sanbagarasu, and seemingly the most selfish, both by a small margin. He appears to get to the point of his missions quicker than the others, but still indulges in petty quarrels such as arguing over who would take Sento Kiryu and Ryuga Banjou's Fullbottles.

Syuuya Aikwa made a debut as one of Dong Zhuo's henchmen. He accompanies and abuses Hiroki Nagase as prisoner. Suddenly, Hiroki successfully escapes. He and his friends started pursuing him. However, he and his friends were quickly stopped by Milinda Brantini and her friends. After the redemption is successful, Syuuya and his friends joined forces with Milinda Brantini and Tekkadan to end chaotic wars.
After the defeat of the Bruters and the death of Yan Baihu, he and his friends continued their journey to earth. Eiji and the rest of many heroes spend time in order for themselves to be relaxed. However, he and the others were shocked that Yugo Ogami and Alice Tsukagami were kidnapped by Gjallarhorn after Leo Conrad and Sally Land were recruited. He and the heroes must have a meeting with Dr. Dan and his companions. When the meeting was done, he and the heroes continued their journey. Suddenly, he and the heroes were confronted by the combined forces of Yuinshiel Asteria and Vladilena Milizé, including the Sword of Logos Kamen Riders. Following the defeats of Julieta Juris and the Time Jackers, he and the others had mourned the deaths of Leo Conrad and Sally Land.
After the deaths of Leo Conrad and Sally Land, he and the heroes went on a meeting with Hina Amano's family and the Fenix Group. In order to continue adventures, he and the heroes train more to get strong with each other. After the meeting with Hina Amano's family and the Fenix Group, he and the heroes set off to rescue Mana Nagase and her friends from Gunther Prozen's tyranny. So that, he and the heroes can still keep fighting.
Following Thaddeus Valentine's demise, he and the heroes must look after Mana Nagase and her friends, who were former humans under Prozen and Deadmans' experimental activities. Eiji has no other choice but to protect them. He needs more duty from Marika Kato. So that, his efforts won't become a failure.
