Steelbeak is a recurring antagonist from Darkwing Duck. He is a member of the villainous organization F.O.W.L. He is voiced by Rob Paulsen and Jason Mantzoukas in the DuckTales reboot.
Team Free Will: Disassembled[]
Steelbeak is involved in the work of Cleopatra and the illuminati ran by Nolan Greyson and unknown to him N.Tropy. Despite being a Disney villain, he has no allegiance to Toffee and his inner circle and has no intent to put himself on top of Disney,
Chapter 1[]
With the agents and spies on the rise and purising Team Free WIll, Steel beak is revealed to have broke away from F.O.W.L and joined M.A.L.I.C.E. Omni Man assigns Steel Beak to go after the team in Chicago, Illonis. In turn he and the other agents have Sweet Pete go on a fishing trip to get more agents for M.A.L.I.C.E
Steelbeak lets the others agents go after the team as he goes after Ford on his own, Ford quickingly gets him put down with a shot to the leg as he looks to investigate Omni Man/Nolan. Steelbeak scolds Mr.X for mostly hiding himself as this is a direct mission, X disagrees that stealth is more needed than that and is angered that X refused to help him with Ford.
Steelbeak does manage to pick up though that Ford is looking into Nolan and informs him of this.
Chapter 2[]
Steelbeak is quick to notice the Millers heading off on their own, asking what they are doing. The Millers state their supreirors allowed them to set on a mission of their own at the behest of their other associates Odalia Blight and Dr.Carol Lineus.
Chapter 3[]
Steelbeak is brought with Odival and The Arch Druidness to help deal with the heroes and to lure Sid and the others to come looking for King. He head to Beverly Hills to wait for the others which they arrive in tow other than Killian.
Partnering with Mysterio and Mina Loveberry, he intends to go after Sid, Eclpisa, Lisa, Larke and the robots Sid and Lisa have. He decides to target the squishy teengaer Larke who he sees as a weakness. Unaware of Larke's transformation into a super solider/spy at the hands of Deathstroke and his associates before hand, Larke pretty beats the brakes off of Steelbeak and showing her new strength by putting a real dent through steel which causes Steelbeak to say everything he knows before being let go with a warning.
Chapter 4[]
Steelbeak joins Killian in spying on the heroes and find out exactly what their plan is. When Killian infroms Nolan and THe Smoking Man of this and they give him and Killain his mission to steal the 4th gem from the auction.
Steelbeak joins Killian, Odival, Mr. X, Archdruidness, The Millers, The Ys , and Professor Malestrom at the auction and begin to follow the teens who have arrived to the auciton to get the Soul Gem as well. Steelbeak isn't as savry as Killian and doesn't realize that Team Free Will is here as well. He only finds out after Killain tips him off and he engages against the rest of Team Free Will.
While strong, he is easily outwitted by the heroes and eventually is forced to retreat in turn with the crew minus Odival who is brought in by the heroes due to Archdruidness betraying him
Chapter 5[]
Lincoln, Truman and Lydia all are steaking out and obserivng the Millers, Professor Malestrom, Killian, Archdruidness Sweet Pete, The Ys, Steelbeak and noticing that they are talking with Nolan when it comes to the plan. The three find out Mr. X betrayed them and has been co-operating with the president.
Nolan is not suprised knowing this and was aware someone was in on this, he puts it together why too why Mr.X worked against them. He theorizes Mr. X became aware of the alien invasion plan of his and Smoking Man and left as part of it. The other agents think so too in turn, and reveal that they are on board with it as well. Truman knew something was up indeed, Lincoln asks who is the Smoking Man to Lydia and Truman, Lydia states all she knows it's a guy who smokes and Truman says of course it's someone. Lincoln thinks back as does Lydia and Truman and Lincoln has an eruka moment.
The Ys and The Millers suspect that Odival will talk and tell the heroes this as Archdruidness did betray him. Archdruidness is confident that Odival won't say anything as Bean doesn't trust either of them, Nolan states it doesn't matter if he does the plan will go according for his people and not for CSM. Malestrom hears something and alerts the others, Nolan, The Ys and The Millers all agree with this.
Steelbeak asks what is he detecting, Malestrom states little eavesdropers and Killian notes it's those kids isn't it. Malestrom states that he suspects that Team Free Will is looking into this, The Ys and The Millers equip themselves and get ready to find Lydia, Lincoln and Truman as the latter already know it's them.
Sweet Pete and Malestrom ask Nolan about the boss and Sweet Pete states that they havn't here anything from him. Nolan states that he is working behind the scenes and can't bring himself in the field like the others due to his age and lack of combat skills.
Nolan, Archdruidness, Malestrom, Steelbeak, Killina and Sweet Pete all watch as the agents bring them in as Nolan suspected alright. Lincoln points his weapon at Nolan and shoots him, Nolan finds this amusing and Lydia then uses the Mind Stone to push them all out of the way. The spies take out their weapons and engage against Truman, Lydia and Lincoln. Nolan decides to head off and when Archdrudiness asks where he's going, Nolan tells her he knows Ford is here now and will go after him.
Sweet Pete and Steelbeak both work to bring the trio with their power and strength, the three hold them off. Truman asks who should deal with these guys and Lydia decides to be who. Equpping the power stone she makes herself nearly untouchable and doesn't exert herself that much against both of them. Lincoln and Truman want to help, though Lydia states that they need to find out what M.A.L.I.C.E is up to.
Chapter 6[]
Malestorm, THe Millers, The Ys, Sweet Pete, Steelbeak, Archdruidness and Mina all meet up and reveal that the plan has gone accordingly.
Chapter 7[]
Steelbreak sees his team's defeat and tries to go for revenge on them when Jack Bauer and Stan Smith who borth just returned make quick work of Steel Beak and arrest him like the rest of the spies alive
Epilogue[]
Steelbeak is arrested by the police and placed in the highest security multiverse with The Millers, The Ys and Steelbeak.

Chapter 3[]
Bender, Starlight and Anti Cosmo end up encountering Killain, Steelbeak, The Miller Family and The Ys. Anti Cosmo states that The Smoking Man returned and threw him and Bender in the slammer.
Killan, The Ys and Steelbeak don't take this well as The Smoking Man threw them in there too. They tell the two about their deals with M.A.L.I.C.E, their knowledge on The Smoking Man and other stuff that occured. Starlight questions and he just came back like that, Killian and Steelbeak state that he kept his own opeartion secret and that Vought was in league with him ever before now.
The Ys, The Millers, Killian and Steelbeak decide to get even with CSM and reveal Operation: Countdown to Bender, Anti Cosmo and Starlight.
Anti Cosmo, Bender, Professor Membrane, Starlight, Carmilta, The Resisty, Ren, Scratch and even Killian, Steelbeak, The Miller Family and The Ys all decide to wait for the right moment to attack and once guards do manage to get their backs. They all attack the Guards with Agent Darkboothe's orders for them all.
Blackfire is alerted as she is Warden and sees all these people basically laying waste to the guardsThe former M.A.L.I.C.E members attack Blackfire who uses her personal bodyguards to go after them. As they have nothing left to loose they hold nothing back against Blackfire or her bodyguards.
Bender, Anti Cosmo, Ren, Carmilta, Professor Membrane, The Reissty, Scratch and Starlight all help The former members against Blackfire and her henchmen.
Blackfire gloats that even though they escaped, they will still be killed as Number 1 and CSM dropped a bomb to kill them with Makarov. Bender considered killing Blackfire though backs down considering she's Starfire's sister. Killian tells Them to get out while they have a chance and stop The Smoking Man as they will have gotten their revenge on them if they weren't around to stop them
He and the others accept their death knowing CSM will be defeated and take the explosions.
