Stan Edgar is the CEO of Vought International and the overaching villain of The Boys. He is responsible for Compound V turning people into superhumans.

Stan Edgar at some point found out about Solider Boy's escape from Russia and the death of Crimson Countless considering he gave the green light for Payback to betray him. He sends Black Noir in to assist the heroes that Kurbitz had arrested as he figured out her connections to Professor Chang and that he was the one who took Solider Boy when he instigated the deal. He also alerts his adopted daughter to this to confirm that it is Solider Boy and who might be of most interest to keep an eye on it.

After Solider Boy encountered Black Noir, Lincoln, Lydia and the gang, they discover Black Noir's alliance to him and Stan Edgar informs Lydia and Lincoln of the causalities of Black Noir's teammates surrounding Solider Boy. He also enlists Lincoln, Lydia and Toby to help deal with Solider Boy and to bring him back to Vought for them to keep an eye on. Edgar sees potential in the kids and offers a reward if they can do it for him.

Episode 23[]
After Solider Boy's resealing and the return of Black Noir, Stan Edgar has cut a deal with Noir to not harm the Streaming Resistance as they did save him from Solider Boy and he honors it. He also reminds Victoria to follow suit with it.
