Spoiled Rich is the mother of Diamond Tiara and wife of Filthy Rich as well as the head of Ponyville's School Board. She displays a patronizing attitude towards ponies of lower social standing than her family's, which her teachings of this to Diamond Tiara is mostly the contributing cause to her bullying to her classmates, namely the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
