Sophie Foster is one of the main character in the third season of Sleepy Hollow, and an undercover FBI agent working for Daniel Reynolds against Atticus Nevins. Sophie like Abbie`s sister Jenny has experience collecting artifacts as well as a murky relationship with the late Sheriff Corbin. She pretended to be Nevins's ally and a rival of Jenny Mills and Joe Corbin. Sophie becomes a true ally of Ichabod Crane, Abbie and Jenny Mills, Daniel Reynolds, and Joe Corbin. She joins Team Witness in the fight against the supernatural evil that terrorizes the inhabitants of Sleepy Hollow in the episode "Blood and Fear".
Sophie is not just any relic hunter Jenny felt that she knew all of August Corbin's training. This seemed fishy to Jenny since she didn't know anybody else trained under the now deceased Sheriff. Abbie's sister always assumed that she was the only relic hunter doing Corbin's bidding. Plus with Sophie knowing all of Corbin's tricks this her makes a mysterious artifact trader. She is eventually revealed to be an FBI agent in deep cover who appears ignorant of the true stakes of the investigation, although when she witnesses Crane accidentally summon a demon, she admits that she has been interested in the supernatural since her archaeologist parents vanished on a dig when she was a child.
Sleepy Hollow, the Missing Episodes[]
She was first seen during spring break, when Molly was taking a tour of Sleepy Hollow with Jenny and when Gavin met his ancestor. Sophie was the new head of the FBI's Westchester branch after Daniel's sudden passing. There was a funeral in his honor and he committed suicide after Abbie passed, as a self-regret for never supporting her. Gavin was furious when he met her, saying she was just a lousy replacement after Abbie passed on twice. Although Jenny assured him this was never her intention. After his ancestor, Leon, was free, he began to show some compassion to her, and she promised to look after the city and the team whenever she could.
