Snidley Whiplash is the antagonist of the Dudley Do Right cartoons and looks like a villain from a black and white film.

He is an ally of Gul Dukat and Crowley who appears in the second half of the story. Snidley appears with the other as part of the trap they're trying to plan on Stardash. Dukat and Crowley split their jobs as Dukat takes his underground with Whiplash, Drazen and Pepper Clark assisting him in gathering the apples and something possibly in addition. He lets Dukat get what he wants though he meets his demise at the hands of the heroes.
