Slaanesh's minions are followers who partake in the activities of taking drugs injected or consumed into their body to pleasure it out, bring suffering of pain and also rape to the captured victims who will sooner or later be drowned entirely of any innocence and be filled with fear. They also have fun without giving any care about the rest of civilizations laws. They are at odds with war the most with Khorne's followers.
The most notable minions of Slaanesh are the Noise Marines formerly known as the Emperor's Children leaded by their Traitor Primarch Fulgrim.

Fiends. They tear apart enemies with their claws.
Keeep of Secrets. They are giant daemons who wield daemonic crab claws for the top two arms and human hands for the bottom. They are the most dangerous of Slaaneshes forces and use the huge serrated claws to make the pain level ever more increasing.
Noise Marines, Fulgrim's Warriors. They were the Emperor's Children, now they've become operators of slow suffering pain to get the pleasure out of their victims fears. They use sonic blasters to tear enemies apart with emitting soundwaves. The soundwaves can bring everlasting pain to the victims body should they choose to make the suffering slower than death can claim them.
