Skull Face (real name unknown) was from from a village which had a factory, which was where his parents worked However, one day, an aircraft destroyed the factory under the pretense of it secretly developing weapons (specifically repairing them), as stated by various spies. Although he and the workers tried to escape, a huge crowd of people blocked him, and he was eventually kicked in the stomach. He would hear his name called when the factory was demolished, and upon being taken to a hospital, he heard, in what was ultimately his final recalled instance of his mother tongue, a nurse stating that he really needed to be put out of his misery in a tone that indicated that she frequently said this towards her patients.
By this point, most of his prior identity had been stripped, which resulted in the nihilistic philosophies that he eventually adopted. His already deformed features, which resulted in him being virtually incapable of feeling pain, were worsened later on when he was tortured by foreign hands. At some point, he relayed his backstory to a prisoner that he attempted to recruit to his side. He at some point met Zero and Big Boss under undisclosed circumstances, outside of his eventually wanting revenge on them both.

Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
He has been recruited by Sharon Carter to help in the remergence
SB and his allies decide to proceed to the next part and free the 2 super soliders to use in their plans. which is a false flag operation. Skullface sends them off to do their job as they are meant to go after Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter.
Skullface under Solider Boy arranges to have Mcgree Assassinated using Abomination. After noting this failure, he goes have the group personally and has his men help him with this
He is taken care of and he has his 2 bosses deal with this
Skullface arrives with Solider Boy to help orechrestate his plan. This works and they manage to get Lizbeth, Skullface and Sharon bring Lizbeth to Solider Boy as the Ray Gun is nearing completion.
Skullface sees the other heroes coming for Lizbeth and he has the Ray Gun fired off at the heroes to make sure Zaragoza submits. He is however confronted by the heroes and tries to put his best resistance. Though he beats a few of them into near unconcisouness, he is killed by the group respectively namely by Spider Noir as well as the Hanna Barbera Heroes who arrived.
