Skulker is one of the main antagonists of the TV show Danny Phantom. He is a predator who hunts down rare and unique creatures and is actually a small ghost blob wearing a big battlesuit.

Skulker and the other ghost allies of Slade discover something is up and inform Slade of it in regards to some activity.
Slade keeps in contact with them and learns it's Freakshow who is doing all this and Skulker doing his findings for them and leads the Ghost Zone against him and lends Slade a way into the ghost zone with the others working with them
Despite the Grundel's actions, he manages to insure Cricket and his friends safety and send them to Big City before regrouping with Slade to the Flying Dutchman's Graveyard to counter him
He and Technus work to prevent Freakshow from getting his hands on the Greens
Afterwards, once every one resurfaces together, Skulker leads the ghost zone against Freakshow's ghost servants and helps deal with Dib's world and stops the comet Freakshow summoned to crash into the earth. Skulker and the others are given a pardon from the Ghost Busters as they did help and they serve Slade who is an ally to them.

Book 3: Culmination[]
Skulker helps Slade's forces fight back from Z9 and N.Tropy's forces and is able to capture Martians on Z9 and is able to discover some of the agendas of Z9's own goal and his allies through intterogration on them. Skulker then hand any info he finds out to Slade's Empire so they can use it against Z9, Zib, Putty and Tek KNight as all 4 of them are gunning for their empire and he joins the rest of the group to find Slade in Amphibia to prepare to fight King Andrias.
Book 4: Falling Climax[]
Skulker joins Slade's Empire in once again managing to help save the multiverse from N.Tropy and The Core's separate attempts to cause atrocious damage to the multiverse
