Shas'O Kais is a Tau Commander who is a skillful warrior with the crisis battlesuit mech he pilots. He is making sure every species joins the greater good and giving them a few chances to surrender out of the good heart of his mercy before he orders his forces to kill off the rest of them that refused to join the Greater Good.
