"To begin with, the Seven Trumpets were the strongest and cruelest magician order in the Mana World; so vile that we refused to mention them much like our fear towards "You-Know-Who". They were formed by seven vicious criminals who carved symbols of seven beasts into their bodies, their crimes came from murder, torture, infanticide, terrorism, mass-murder, destruction and even genocide. Their group were basically formed from former thieves, genocidal tyrants and many others types of scumbag you can find out there... to be honest, I can't find any difference between them and the KnightWalkers. 900,000 years ago, they were accused of plotting to overthrow the Mana World, and disintegrated after all the Magic Council launched a general offensive against them. I don't want to work alongside those monsters." |
The Seven Trumpets of the Apocalypse, also known as Seven Trumpets, Seven Servants of Calamity, or also self-called as Kaitlyn/Astaroth's Mobile-Fear-Crew, were the strongest and cruelest order of Holy Magicians in the world of Cultus Pythonissam, composed of the most powerful mages of its generation. They were formed by seven brutal criminals, who had all been convicted for grievous crimes such as genocide, serial-killing, infanticide, sexual offenses and even warmongering, and all of them had carved the symbols of seven beasts onto their bodies by the Magic Council to show how wicked they were and how incredible their magic power were to the point it rivalized Katya's. After having been framed for murdering the former Great Holy Leader, or the former High-Priestess, they were indefinitely disbanded, as well as branded as traitors and evil-doers by the magic world in all Lynenta Omniverse.
They are the main protagonistic faction of the LOTM: Sword of Kings AA Final - Eckidina Arc: Mafusa Gang's Revenge Sub Arc and later becomes the secondary heroic faction of LOTM: Sword of Kings in general, representing the Magic Side until the end of LOTM: A Draw of Kings. Unlike the Cultus Phytonissam, their project was created back in 2016 and were set to appear in the beginning of the Revelation of Qliphoth's threat. They replace the Rogues after their defeat in the first timeline by the Gamchicoth group during their assault to Fraxinus that consequently ended in the defeat of Ratatoskr as well. They are the main opposition of Powell Operation in United States but joined forces temporarily with the Witch Cult and Imperia Deamonne to stop the Eclipse of Hermes from feeing Kaitlyn Powell from the Impact Zone.
They are an original faction created by Prime ShockWaveTX from CIS Productions.
Background[]

Sarina Sanguis in her past as a serial killer of young girls.
Unbeknownst to even most of its members, the Seven Trumpets were formed for the expressed purpose of defeating Kaitlyn Powell and Ara Astaroth's massive legions of minions. The king of the Magic Realm had a premonition through his power vision, that they would become the kingdom's protectors. Hearing this, both Marquise and Micah (who was only known to Marquise at the time) took it upon themselves to find the other five, in order to crush the future threat that would show up as the Purge, should they ever be revived. Due to their role and ignorance, they ignored other threats like Moloch and Hidden One and kept attacking different worlds of Triggers Hell to seek the whereabouts of Ara Astaroth, who they deemed to be even more dangerous thanks to the King's vision that showed them the rise of Astaroth Hell.
The members of this group were originally an independent order of knights serving the kingdom of Mana. They were declared as traitors and villains after being framed for assassinating the king, the Great Holy Leader, after heeding an order to meet up with him at the castle. They found him murdered through no fault of their own and were quickly surrounded by the kingdom's Holy Magicians. As a result, Marquise ordered the group to defect the Cultus Phytonissam to avoid capture, and everyone was able to escape separately until they regrouped in 2037. It was initially suspected that one of the members was a traitor who helped in the nefarious plot, as Marquise was knocked unconscious shortly after issuing her order. It is later revealed that Micah was the perpetrator, and was due to Marquise losing herself to her anger when her childhood friend got hurt trying to help her escape. However, he did ask for forgiveness. One of the Seven Trumpets' feats includes defeating the First Army of Heles Hermes thousand years ago, saving the Prime Earth from its first invasion.

Kaitlyn's army invading Mana World
The Seven Trumpets before the betrayal were widely known as the strongest magicians of Mana World and were greatly admired by several Holy Adeptus and apprentices, including Yuna and Merlin. The group was directly under the Great Holy Magician Yuri Barnes' command. The Seven Trumpets reappeared thousand years later in the Mana World, having regathered six of its members over a short duration. They aided the High-Priestess, Katya, helping her liberate Mana World from the oppressive rule of the Dark Magicians that took over after the Black Demons' attack to their secret village in North Korea and stopping Vira Hermes' plan to release the long-sealed Jormungand into the world but couldn't stop her from freeing Kaitlyn Powell during the Powell Operation.
Upon Yaguro Kitsuragi's defeat, who was revealed to be Vira's infiltrator in Cultus Phytonissam, and his villainous plan to revive the Jormungand being fully realized by the rest of the kingdom, the Seven Trumpets were praised as heroes for saving the kingdom but went missing soon afterwards to fight Kaitlyn Powell who was revived in the Mortal World. They were also cleared of their false crimes, and welcomed back into the kingdom of Mana World once more. After this, two members of the group separated from the rest, while the other four were involved in the battle against the Vira's faction and the new Eclipse of Hermes. After joining all once again, including the last missing member, they decided to take sides to stop the Eclipse of Hermes and STAR LABS of United States of America, that was revealed to be working together from the very beginning. With the exception of Marquise, all the Sins participate in the Great Fight, that ends with all living beings on Earth being exterminated in the climax of the Downfall of the 0th Multi-Universe timeline.

Vira Hermes confronting the Trumpets and Witch Cult at the revival of Kaitlyn.
After the time-changing spell of the Goddess Nu Wa, the timeline was rewritten but they Seven Trumpets still had memories of the past timeline. With the rejoining of all its formerly-deceased members, the Seven Trumpets were oficially reformed.
However, after helping Katarina defeating Mina Harker, the director of STAR LABS who started the Purge with Vira Hermes and Kaitlyn, their status as criminals returned as well for never saving the Mana World from Kaitlyn's army that never attacked the realm since the Purge never started. However, after realizing Kaitlyn was able to keep her own individual presence away from Nu Wa's time travelling, their fight with the new enemies continued with them joining Ratatoskr to find a refugee to escape from Katya and Sequined Sadist's justice (who ironically was the one who was involved with their false murder accusation).
From there on, the Seven Trumpets continued to be considered as dangerous terrorists but were kept under the protection of the Rogues to repay their past mistakes, even though strong pressures within Ratatosk that were against the presence of a rapist, serial killer, former genocidal tyrant, a child-murdering inquisitor, a soldier of Kaitlyn Powell, a sadistic slaver and a former Ukraine commander that was responsible for hundreds of vicious, inhuman and heartless massacres in Poland during the World War II.

Crimes (+18)[]
Each member of the Seven Trumpets had been judged and found guilty of committing a grievous crime by the Mana World, with their title being given based on the root moral failing on their part which caused this crime. Normally, crimes in this level ends up in Death Penalty but each of them had an extremely high-magic power inside of them, magic power that could be useful in the war against Astaroth.
Marquise Malum[]

Former physical body of Marquise during her previous life.
The former tyrant of a parallel empire that ruled on Earth for thousand years. Born as a sociopath queen, her worst crim was the start of an ethnic cleansing and genocide carried out in the West parts of her country that was populated by immigrants. Under her orders, she ordered the death of very single immigrant after being put under constant fear and torture. Most of the victims were women and children. Villages were torched, Roman Catholic priests were axed or crucified, Churches were burned with all their parishioners, Isolated farms were attacked by gangs carrying pitchforks and kitchen knives, children's hroats were cut in front of their parents to inflict fear, pregnant women were bayoneted and dissecated to "end" the inferior generation, babies were cut in two.
Her methods were particularly brutal, with many of the victims being tortured and mutilated before being killed and resulted in 200,000–880,000, with the other regions for the total about 1,000,000. Because of this brutality, her people rebelled against her and invaded her palace but at the time they arrived there, the queen Marquise, who was already insane, committed suicide, resulting in her soul being sent to Mana World rather than Hell or any other devilish realm.
Her punishment was the lost of all her beauty as she could only love herself for being a narcissist. However, she found herself in another beautiful body after using different spells in herself.
Sarina Sanguis []

A young girl beaten
A former serial killer who targeted young girls. Her crimes, committed around her hometown gathered widespread notoriety after authorities discovered that Sarina had kidnapped 25 young girls, tortured them for weeks, sexually abused them, drugged them to keep their pain more intense and in the end killed them by impaling them alive.
Many of her young female victims regarded her as beautiful and charismatic, which were traits that she exploited to win their trust. She would typically approach them in public places, feigning injury or disability, or impersonating an authority figure, before overpowering and assaulting them in secluded locations. She sometimes revisited her secondary crime scenes, grooming and performing sexual acts with the decomposing corpses until putrefaction and destruction by wild animals made further interaction impossible. She decapitated at least 12 victims and kept some of the severed heads as mementos in her apartment. On a few occasions, she broke into dwellings at night and bludgeoned her victims as they slept.
She was arrested and executed by the police. Her soul was sent to Magic Council thanks to the powerful presence of magic cells in her soul. Her punishement was to never be able to hear again.
Micah Mortem []
Micah was a serial killer nicknamed the Butcher of Females, who murdered, and mutilated at least 52 women and children alive during his years in college once he discovered he was a sadistic psychopath who took love in dominating and killing. He confessed to 56 murders and was tried for 53 of these killings after his arrest.
He was convicted and sentenced to death for 52 of these murders in October 1992 and subsequently executed in February 1994.
His last murder was on the same day he died, he lured a 9-year-old girl named to an old house which he had secretly purchased; he attempted to rape her but failed to achieve an erection. When the girl struggled, he choked her and stabbed her three times in the abdomen, ejaculating while stabbing the child. At the crime scene, two gangsters saw the action and immediately opened fire against the monster out of anger, killing him.
His soul was sent to Mana World, where he was judged and received the penalty of losing all his emotions, becoming a machine.
Pelham Patiens []

A slave in Pelham's torture chamber
A sadistic military officer in charge of a concentration camp in a parallel Earth where United States was a totalitarian country. He was accused of taking souvenirs from the skin of murdered inmates with distinctive tattoos, although those claims were rejected at both of his trials.
Pelham allegedly engaged in a gruesome experiment, where it was claimed that she ordered selected tattooed prisoners to be murdered and skinned to retrieve the tattooed parts of their bodies. When a rebel faction attacked his camp, he was tortured for days in the most gruesome ways and killed.
His soul was sent to Mana World, where he was judged and punished by losing his voice.
Seberg Solitudinem []

Execution of "unnecessary civilians".
A corrupt prime minister who ruled over Russia in the 5th Parallel Earth with iron fist. Under his rule, he sought to "cut" half of poor population to solve the major crisis of the country as he considered the poor part of the population as being useless and good for nothing since all of them were unemployed and illiterate.
Using his military, Seberg ordered the execution of at least 2,000,000 people to get rid of all useless dead burden. Over 215,000 people, mostly women, entirely indigenous, were forced or threatened into sterilization and 16,547 men were forced to undergo vasectomies during these years, most of them without a proper anaesthetist, in contrast to 80,385 sterilisations and 2,795 vasectomies over the previous three years.
Seberg ended his presidency by fleeing Russia to Ukraine amid a major scandal involving corruption and human rights violations. He was captured by Russian civilians and killed in public place after being constantly beaten, tortured and humilliated.
His soul was sent to Mana World but due to his age, there were many debates if he was truly necessary. Even so, his presence was approved and his punishment was to feel all the pain he suffered in the day he was killed all nights before sleeping to suffer from brutal nightmares.
Berkeley Bellum []

Murdering two of her classmates
A love-obsessed teen who killed the family and friends of her crush. A psychopath to the core, Berkeley was a young attractive girl who isolated herself from society for hating humans but when a boy appeared before her and made her feel alive for the first time, Berkeley proceeded to stalk the young boy, marking everyone who came in contact with him and later murdering them in "unfortunate accidents".
Her victims were killed in car crashes, train hitting and torture via-fire. Once all the friends of the boy were killed, she proceeded to kidnap the boy and rape him for at least 2 years while keeping him inside of her basement. When the police and his family already suspected about her involviment in the kidnapping of the young boy, she made her way to his family's home and murdered his parents, his sister, his newborn brother but spared dog out of respect for the animal for "serving" him loyalty. She was found by the police but committed suicide by cutting her head off.
Her soul was sent to Mana World but her crimes were almost left behind as her heinous crimes were not so vile as the others. Instead, her punishement was to never be able to feel love again.
Irmgard Inanis[]

Soldiers killed by Irmgard's demons
A selfish witch who joined Ara Astaroth to seek more power and had done the worst crimes a witch can do. Irmgard caused the death of 3,000,000 in a parallel Earth by brainwashing the population of a town and making them kill each other in the most brutal ways while stealing the souls of killed ones to form her own army of monsters.
After forming her army of monsters, she proceeded to use them to invade other countries, keeping a legion of sex-slaves to reproduction of her monsters, abducting men to use their vital forces to keep her army strong and fusing animals with her monsters to make them gain animals' abilities. After 5 years of endless massacre, she finishes up by covering the Earth in darkness to transfer her army to another dimension to continue her quest for power.
She was killed by inquisitors of Witch Cult and had her soul sent to Mana World, where she was judged and stripped of her decades of long-work. Her punishement was to never be able to use magic without the approvation of the magic council, for every time she uses magic her lifespan will be reduced.
Seven Laws of the Seven Trumpets[]
There exist seven laws that each member of the group is required to abide by. So far, only four of these laws has been revealed. The laws were created by Merquise but some of them were also added by the Magic Council to prevent them from going in a rampage and keep them under control.
- Law #3: "A Trumpet shall ask no questions of another member's sin."
- Law #4: "If a friend/comrade is in crisis everybody needs to use all of his or her power to help."
- Law #5: "When two Trumpets are in disagreement they can resolve it with a fight."
- Law #6: "If two Trumpets are fighting to the death, the other five must do their utmost to stop them even if it means eliminating the perpetrator."

Trivia[]
- They were named after the Seven Trumpets of the Apocalypse because each of them represent exactly what humans look like (or WILL look like) at the time of the Apocalypse; cold-hearted monsters capable of causing the worst kind of crimes without thinking twice. However, other point of views say they are the "Apocalypse" to Kaitlyn Powell and her empire as each of them have a power level almost equal to her, ironically, making evil bastards like her being her only threat.
- Originally, the Seven Trumpets were supposed to be an elite heroic group from Cultus Phytonissam but the new concept changed that drastically to avoid the old cliché of a righteous and good team with good intentions. Even so, after many thousand years, its members can be considered as "redeemed", therefore, making them heroes instead of anti-villains.
- The idea of a group composed only of evil people was born from the concept of having a team only of "Complete Monsters" but not quitely "monsters". True, while its members did unforgivable things, the moral message the authors tried to give is that humans are not 100% evil and even if they are forced to rise the 1% of goodness they have inside of them, you can form a good and new person who finally found their way in their lives.
- The group is at least 970,000 years old and exist since the Hundred-Year Darkness war.
- In a sense, the Seven Trumpets is an even more extremist and brutal anti-heroic faction than the Rogues that are at least composed mostly of good people with noble goals while the Trumpets, despite being redeemed, are not above sacrificing thousands to their cause, making them an even more extreme type of anti-heroes.
- All members of the team have an alliterative name from Russian to Latin. However, their last name were changed after they joined the Cultus Phytonissam as criminal magicians. Each word in Latin means an element of what the Apocalypse will be, and ironically each concept represents a part of them and what they did (or contrary) in life and/or something related to their punishement
- Marquise Malum - "Upon the first trumpet sound, hail and fire is thrown to the Earth burning up a third of the trees on the planet, and all green grass."
- Sarina Sanguis - "By the second trumpet sounding, it cues something like a great burning mountain that plunges into the sea and wipes out a third of all sea life and ships. A third of the oceans will become blood."
- Micah Mortem - "By the sound of the third trumpet, a great star called Wormwood falls to the Earth poisoning a third of the planet's freshwater sources, such as rivers and springs. Men will die from drinking its bitter taste."
- Pelham Patiens - "Following the sounding of the fourth trumpet, a third of the light that shines from the Sun, moon and stars became dark from these celestial bodies being "struck". This catastrophe caused complete darkness for a third of a day, during the day, even through night hours."
- Seberg Solitudinem - "The fifth trumpet prompts a personified star to fall from heaven. The star is given the key to the bottomless pit. After opening it, the smoke that rises out, darkens the air and blocks the sunlight. Then from out of the smoke, the Locusts were unleashed. They were scorpion tailed warhorses, having a man's face with lion's teeth. Their hair was long like that of a woman's and flew with locust-like wings. They were crowned with golden crowns and protected with iron-like breastplates. They were commanded by their king, Abaddon, to torment anyone who does not have the seal of God on their forehead, by using their scorpion-like tails. It was also made clear to them that they must not kill anyone during their five-month mission of torment."
- Berkeley Bellum - "After the fifth trumpet blast, the sixth one sounds. This is the "Second woe", where four angels are released from their binds to the "great river Euphrates". They command a brute force of 200 million mounted troops whose horses dissipate plague from out of their mouths, most notably: fire, smoke, and brimstone. The mounted horsemen wore breastplates with the color of fire, hyacinth, and brimstone. The horses had a lion's head and their tails were like a serpent, even with a snake head. They are responsible for the deaths of a third of mankind who are stricken by the plague that emanated from these armies."
- Irmgard Inanis - "The sound of the seventh trumpet signals the "third woe". This is the final trumpet sound and the final woe. Loud voices in heaven which said; "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever." Thanks is given to "God, the Almighty" and praise for the wrath that came, the dead who were judged, and the bond-servants rewarded. Subsequently, "God's temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a severe hailstorm."
- The concept of the Seven Trumpets might be very similar to DC Comics' Suicide Squad but it was only revealed later to be a mere coincidence.
