Scowl was once an villainous incomptent ally of Lord Maliss. But after the events of the movie he became Mother Nature`s pet and then joined The B Team when Professor Pericles approached him and gave him the offer to atone for anything wrong and join them. Scowl accepted Pericles`s offer and became a member of the team.
He is voiced by Edward Asner.
