When her homeworld of Kinmoku was attacked by a possessed Sailor Galaxia, and her princess vanished, Sailor Star Fighter and her friends, Sailor Star Maker and Sailor Star Healer, seemed to be the only ones who escaped. They planned to hide on Earth until they could find Princess Kakyuu.

During this time, they disguised themselves as young male singers in order to hide from Galaxia. In these guises, they called themselves "The Three Lights". What none of their fans knew, however, was that the Three Lights were singing in hopes that Princess Kakyuu would hear them.

At first, Sailor Star Fighter wasn't so comfortable about being around Sailor Moon and friends. But as the battle wore on, she began to earn Sailor Moon's trust. At one point, she developed a special friendship bond with and even risked her life to save Sailor Moon.
