Sabretooth's real name is Victor Creed and to say that he and Wolverine have animosity would be a severe understatement as Sabretooth has caused plenty of pain in Wolverine's life (in which if they are related or not does depend on the story we are talking about).
Alike Wolverine, Sabretooth has a powerful healing ability and is a strong man with sharp claws, while Sabretooth has had a history with treachery he is normally serving Magneto (but only to get a chance at hunting down Wolverine). While there are stories such as X-Men Legends II that do try to give him a rare softer side, he is normally depicted as one of the most evil and ruthless characters in the X-Men franchise.
