STORM (offically called Task Force THUNDER) is a black operations unit formed by the Multi-Universal United Government and the International Affairs Agency in order to combat the Fire Nation and the Dragon's Wings. It is lead by 1st Lieutenant Gerald Walsh.

- 9-Bang Grenade - Flashbang Grenade that goes off nine times, blinding and stunning the intended target.
- Mesh Mines - Mines that stick to a surface. Linking two together can set up a more effective trap.
- Cluster Grenade - A semtex grenade that releases smaller grenades upon detonation.
- Barricade - Deployable cover that also produces microwaves to burn and distort enemies.
- Razor Wire - Deployable spring of razor sharp metal to slow and hurt anyone who try to cross it.
