Ryo Ogami (尾上 亮 Ogami Ryō) is Kamen Rider Buster (仮面ライダーバスター Kamen Raidā Basutā) in Kamen Rider Saber.

Ryo Ogami made a debut in the storyline as one of the members of Sword of Logos. He is destined to notify Symphogear heroines and their friends that Gunther Prozen himself was unleashing his reign of terror to kill many species, like Pokemon, Digimon, and others. However, he was approached by Yuinshiel Asteria and her followers to have a meeting about the future deaths of Rustal Elion and the Seven Stars just before going stright to Prozen in the final battle.
After the deaths of Kudelia Aina Bernstein, Kenzo Tenma, and Atra Mixta, he, Hazuki, and the heroes arrive to stop Tekkadan; but he and the heroes were confronted by Prozen's evil mechas. After Wild Liger had evolved into Beast Liger, he and the Sword of Logos members betrayed our heroes to join forces with Prozen and his remaining forces.
Following the deaths of the Time Jackers, he and his fellow Kamen Riders are working with their new master. During the meeting, he and the villains were responsible for kidnapping Mana Nagase and her friends.
After the meeting, he and the villains continue the war against heroes by any means possible. During the war, he and Hazuki fight together. After the death of Thaddeus Valentine, he and villains ended up doing a failure. He and the Kamen Riders decided to retreat to their master. He and the evil Kamen Riders having a meeting with Prozen and his remaining forces about the attempts to kidnap Yuinshiel. In the next day, he and the Kamen Riders went on a meeting with the KOG again. Then, Lucifer Langdon and the villains showed up just in time when Mana Nagase and her friends were kidnapped for the first time. He and the villains responsible for experimental transformations of Mana and her friends into Sithimals.
After the Thaddeus Valentine's demise, he and the Kamen Riders met Hazuki Kagimura until they were stopped by his parents and his servant.
After Prozen's defeat, he and the Kamen Riders are redeemed and reunited with Hazuki Kagimura, Haruto Soma, Mana Aida, and Alain. He was able to have business time with his parents and his associate in the Industrial Illusions. Aside from working, he has lots of mistakes for him to atone.
