Rokken is former villain, and current as main anti-villain in Hero of Robots Universe. He is boyfriend of Nitanz, and pilot of Blood Scorpion.

Has a head of golden hair and eyes that look down on everyone. His romantic attachment to his family especially his girlfriend 'Nitanz', however means that he listens to her despite his overbearing personality.
