Ricardio the heart guy is what he is literally a heart guy his heart is spefically the Ice King's which escaped twice.
The first time he escaped he wanted to cut out Bubblegum's heart and marry it but Finn stopped him and he sent back to the Ice King
The second time he tried to kill Ice King Finn and Jake but Bubblegum saves them from him with Lady Rainicorn's help. But Ricardio escaped after Bubblegum beat the crap out of him.

Totally Mobian Spies[]
Ricardio shows up in Iron Queen's Syndicate and helps Hugo Brass with his plan and evidently he tries to hit on Lara Su like he did with Bubblegum but she isn't having any of it. When Ricardio insults Eddy, Eddy viciously beats him for doing so. He may be small but he's creepy with his rapish undertones towards Bubblegum and his Sulu like voice. Ricardio kidnapped Jerry so he can use him as a hostage for the girls. It is revealed that Ricardio was not really working for Iron Queen and that he was working for an another league of villains as he tells Finn and King Julian.
It is revealed that Ricardio is working for Discord and his Dystopia League as well as Terrance Lewis. He gets most of the main members of the Syndicate to join Discord. Ricardio then begins wondering how Discord is going to get Terrance out of jail and have his revenge on the robot and penguin. Discord reassures him and reveals how he attends to make things work
The Multi-Universal War of Destiny[]
Ricardio returns with Discord and Terrance Lewis to make good on his word that he and Finn will meet again. He helps Hiroshi create the spidebot and after it's defeated he is killed by Stan Smith.
