Rhombulus is a member of the Magic High Commission. He serves as The imprisoner of anyone he deems a high-level threat to the multiverse, encasing them in prisons made of crystals.

Chapter 5[]
He and the rest of the Magic High Commission keep guard of Sid and the other prisoners intending to crystal or kill Sid and Eclipsa with Mina and Moon who he is working with
When their guards are taken down a peg they look and upon inspection, Rhombulus reconizes the attackers are Bender and Slade's Ensemble and goes to kill them regardless of how they saved them from Toffee. He intends to have them crystalize them for deciding to aid the enemy
He is stopped by The 3 Covens head allied against Belos and settles to help kill Sid and Eclipsa, only to be forced to flee when Sid's potential begins emerging against Mina. He is pissed about the fact that Bender and Slade's Ensemble choose to side with Eclipsa over them even after they helped them with Toffee, except the truth was that The Comission was taken out by Toffee and The Spear of Destiny was used to revive them.
He guards Eclpisa's castle and finds himself stiffed of his own magic like the others and brutally beaten by Bender, Anti Cosmo, Slade and The Rogue Coven Heads. Losing the castle in the process
Chapter 6[]
Rhombulus is intend on crystaling Eclpisa and Globgor and follows Omni and Moon to capture them respectfully. They are nearly able to until the help of the fairies put them in his place. Rhombulus unlike his conspirators is unwilling to let go of the agenda they have and he wants to crystalize Sid, Eclpisa, Globgor, Bender and Slade's Group for threat reasons and traitor related reasons.
Chapter 8[]
He and the other comission members fight Slade's empire and are killed by them as he fights for Belos.
